Please (in detail) describe the incident: After a 229 vs vagos fight at the airport i was downed. The person in the video "68" comes over to my body and rams the airplane in order to try and get me down from the plane but fails, so instead he resorts to kicking my body off the plane in order to be able to get me down from the plane and place me in the vehicle. I think this falls under exploiting as he is kicking my body to get me down from the plane. The clip below shows the evidence.

Firstly i would like to explain that you should have not been on the plane wing at all, the only reason you was is due to a bug were u glitched upwards once being shout out of your car. I attempted to put you in the car without moving you however i could not put you in the vehicle so logically i kicked you once which subsequently put you back on the floor (were you should have been originally) I do not believe this is exploiting as i was fixing a bug while also being realistic as i kicked you once and not repeatedly.

I have no control over where my body lands and unfortunately that was on a plane wing - However seen as this is an RP server and the game mechanics don't always allow for things to flow autonomously I would have expected at least a /me rolls of plane or something like that. Realistically rolling a body is not an easy thing and should not take 2-3 seconds and kicking someone of a plane and immediately putting them in the car is in my opinion using a game mechanic with no RP behind it to gain an advantage.

Hello everyone

I´m guessing everyone has said their part by now so I´ll go ahead and sort it out.

What we can see here is you @Jimmy Ballsonbeing "pushed/shoved" off the wing of the plane. Whether or not it was the game that somewhat "glitched" you into that position in the first place or if you would have been incapacitated right there, is not relevant to this report. 

Staff has made a clear stance on certain scenarios involving people being moved around by repeatedly kicking/punching them or pushing them with vehicles and we still have that very same consensus on it. The important part here is the word "repeatedly" however. The game does not allow us to have an animation to "roll" someone over an edge so the kicking would be acting as a substitute for it. Using this method to specifically move people around into a different location all together, through doors or hallways even, would absolutely be exploiting and be met with a permanent ban. However, there is a major difference between moving someone half a meter or 10 meters to the nearest bush. We will not go down the route of counting kicks to differentiate between it being allowed and it being classed as exploiting, but chances are, if it feels a bit silly, it´s probably not smart to do it.
 
That being said, this is of course always contextual and will be dealt with on a case by case basis, like most rulebreaks are. In this instance, you were kicked once and effectively "rolled" over the edge of the wing. Thus, this report is going to be denied.
