Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was involved in a situation in which i was being chased by 229 following are continuing feud, while being chased i managed to escape them and seek refuge in a nearby bush after this 229 appear to keep running by me in an attempt to try and find my location to which they did not succeed, it appears that they then resort to which i believe is exploiting as they abuse a game mechanic of kicking the bush which locks on to me. without doing this i believe they would not have found me. if you are wondering about this report being posted after 24 hours after the incident happened, i was in work the next day early morning so i logged off early and i have written this up when i got home.

So I will start of with my side of things I recieved radio communications that someone was hiding in the area and the area around was checked and assumed you were hiding in a bush.

From this i went around in my car and checked the gardens to see if I could see anything, I couldn't. Myself and one other person then made the decision to check the bushes on foot, a thick bush and very hard to tell if someone is hiding inside, running through a bush and punching inside the bush is a way to check if someone is inside and is something quite realistic in my opinion, what are you going to do if you were approaching this situation in a real life perspective, cant see anything? Kick/Branch out the leaves of the bush and see someone hiding inside.

 The first bush I ran through and checked twice found that no one was inside, and there was another bush over the fence, I ran into the bush and and kicked it and hit yourself, now even if this didn't happen and I didn't punch/kick the bush, my body would have been prevented from moving and got "stuck" so to speak on yourself as I would be running into you, again noticing that someone is in the bush.

This in my opinion is a way of checking the bushes in the area to see if someone like yourself is hiding inside as that was the radio communication that was given.

Now moving on you say this was posted 24 hours after due to the fact you had work, however as far as I am aware you made no attempt to liase the situation and after the situation had a short conversation with one of us in the "group members" discord that has been given to whitelisted groups for RPUK, posting a GIF image to one of the comments, It didn't appear like you wanted to liase anything then as you had a clear opportunity to ask one of us or that you had any issue at the time with what happened. It seems to me that you have posted this report after a fight broke out between vagos and 229, and quite a lot of your members went down during this situation.

I will not be entertaining this further unless staff require myself to, I also have my own POV from this situation that can be shown if staff require.

With this being a videogame, we are limited in the ways in which we can express ourselves and our actions. Ultimately, we have no hardcoded way to actually check a bush for people, and the next best thing we have is the action of punching or kicking a bush to help us check it, allowing them to be cleared.

In this case, that's what this user did. They checked the bush you were in using one of a very small number of methods available to them, and you were found. The act of kicking a bush to check it will not count as exploiting in this case, and your being found and subsequent capture is legitimate.
