Please (in detail) describe the incident: We chased a taxi driver down with a gun and he pulled over and once he puller over we aimed a gun at his head to step out of the car but instead, he drove off so we chased him down shot his tiers out and he kept driving even when our car is significantly faster so there wasn't much of a chance he could outrun us in that car. He was later shoved into the lake where he ALT+F4 and he was gone.

When editing the footage I overwritten the original file if nothing can be done then that's okay nothing much more I can provide
