Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were on patrol around the Triads area plain-clothed when we saw 675 make a handshake exchange, so we stopped him to search him. During the RP when being arrested he left the game. Due to it being blatent, I haven't included the 3 minutes before as it's irrelevant in my eyes, but I can provide it if required.

For some reason there is no audio from anything except my mic, but nothing of value was said that would effect the report.

He did not, no, and we did go to back to the area after around 5-7 mins-ish
