Please (in detail) describe the incident: Someone robbed my friend. They chased me through the City. I finally come to a stop with the vehicle and we started fighting. After me killing him he then failed the rule G4.4 such as failing RP injuries. Then he continued to do this through the situation. After taking him to the pier to where I was going to dump his body as he claimed his boys/229 was going to come and hunt me (his words smoked). After taking him on top of the Pier to speak to him, he still doesn't seem injured so then I proceeded to change the location of where I was going to leave the body. After taking him out of the car then he alerted NHS so I took his phone and radio, then moved him again to make sure NHS doesn't save him. The final location I moved him into a local car and proceeded to drive the car into the ocean so the vehicle was no longer in sight and body is hidden. After putting the vehicle into the ocean, I then walked back to my vehicle and was greeted by 229 knowing the exact location I was at. In the clip you can see me getting guns pointed at me so I valued my life and did what was said, you can see in the background a motorbike pulled up exactly where I left the local vehicle and body. Then you can see him walking out of the ocean with the body in his hands. After they got the body then they put me in zipties and said 'lets give you the taste of your own medicine' then dumped me into the ocean.

So firstly, I was the person that pulled up to the location.

You had an altercation with a 229 member - your character might not have known that he was 229, you then chose to drive to a dealership OWNED by 229 and ask for a bandage with the injured party in your car, at this point you said that YOU had downed him because he had had an altercation with your friend? So they had every reason to believe that you had done something, and know what you had done to OUR member.

The reasoning that they didn't do anything at the dealership is because one its a LEGAL business that we do not wish to be tarnished with criminal actions, and two a place where other people come to enjoy their time and purchase cars - In a roleplay sense it doesn't make any sense to start trying to do something at a business we don't want police attention there at all.

Following that they came on the radio and told the people that were not at PDM at the time that a red BMW has Charles inside and was last seen driving towards Alta fuel, and this person had Charles downed in the car - shown in the clip we arrive at alta fuel and check locations used by the craze also as its a group you were associated with previously.

I myself and others in the group made the call to go and look at the closest most known "dumping" spots around the city, many were named including dodgy doctors as you will see in the clip, one being the pier as this is one of the closest and most commonly used places to hide bodies and "get rid of people". 

We find the same RED BMW that was at PDM moments before and see a local car driving into the water, leaving no doubt in our minds that you are the person that injured Charles and is why you were met with such hostility - A gang has just witnessed you drive one of their members into the ocean in attempt to conceal your actions - they are not going to take lightly to the fact you've tried to murder one of them.

The person in your video at 4:26 driving up and down the pier on the motorbike is the 229 member that you can hear on the radio telling us the red car is at the pier and witnessed you drive into the ocean.

This information was fed over the radio and is the reason I turned up at your car, when doing so noticed yourself running across the beach (injured) - Fits the same profile as someone turning up to PDM and asking for a bandage and the RED car seen at PDM with Charles inside. 

The claims of metagaming are entirely false - This is a location frequently checked when members get taken along with dodgy doctors etc, it is unfortunate for you that you were caught red handed so to speak, but the claims of metagaming are just not required.

Now I also can't help but notice that you have left the box unticked for attempt to resolve - What is the reason for this seems to me the first thing you've done is report when realistically this whole thing could have been explained either in discord or teamspeak. 

The clip that you have provided also seems to skip at 4:10 as you were on one side of the pier and then in the carpark?
It then skips again at 5:05? what are the reasons for this?

I must also say for someone that has been beaten up to a state in which he has almost ended up in hospital is driving a car at high speeds into water the "safest" thing for your character to be doing?
