Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was at the shop and a guy kept coming over and knocking me down prior to that he crashed into me with his taxi and drove off whilst this was happening I was saying to him in game you have rdmed me I got banned for that I didn't understand that I couldn't say that until I read c.14 which says to not break character. in the video he states he doesn't knock me down when clearly in the video he is backing over me and running me down with clear intent.

Hello Cameron,

I am the individual being reported here, let me start off by saying context matters. In the entirety of our interactions you at no point made any attempt to have a reasonable conversation regarding the incident. 

This scenario begun with a road traffic incident where I accidentally crashed into you sending you off the road. Following the crash in an attempt to apologise I drive over and say I am sorry. To which I receive no response - to the point I even checked if my voice chat was activated. With a few seconds passing you stepped out of your vehicle and say get out your fucking taxi, which was never gonna happen. You then proceed to chase me off for a couple of minutes and I eventually lose you.

Following on from the chase I find a local car and come and find you regarding your abusive behaviour towards me. Where you tell me to get out my motor because youre gonna batter me and hurl a load of insults my way. To which I respond by ramming you and beating you up. Which is where your clip begins - however you have redacted your voice input for obvious reasons.

As you followed on to saying the following:

"this is RDM"

"Im getting you banned"

"Im in a ticket"

"retard"

Just to clarify this is in no way RDM or RVDM as there is substantial context and threats made on your behalf and the use of vehicles as a weapon is not a rule break.

Are you being for real I hear none of what you say I ask you to get out the taxi in character if you had crashed into me irl id also be as mad I didn't start being abusive to you until you RDMED me even at that brother you crashed into me the video on your side looks like a complete accident thats fine but the rdm afterwards when you came round in the chrome car thats not needed and as far as words go it is words. you crashed into me and drove off id be livid irl all I said was get out the fing car or id drag you out you proceed to follow me to the shop you pull up to the same one im at you say you didn't mean to crash into me which btw fair the vid looks as thought thats the case, what about the rdm and using your car to knock me down words are words and you called me names first mate you called me a pussy while proceeding to hide in your car. the locus of this was the crash the rdm is seperate or i would have reported you crashing into me 

I genuinely try get out the area I even go to a shop to hide you pull up to me. I have about five clips of this why does context matter when the rules have been broken anyway what context do you need what other proof??? you rdm me

As per my previous response this is NOT RDM.

RDM would indicate no context to the scenario and me beating you up for no reason. I have provided the clip of the beginning of the scenario and can also provide a parallel clip to the one you provided however for your sake I will wait for a staff request for the clip.

The insults from me to you and you to me are within RP context and in no way attached the report. The reason I stated that is to provide the context of the scenario and the reason as to why you got downed.

You got downed for being mouthy, threatening to beat me up and chasing me. There's just 3 reasons why you got downed, therefore not RANDOM DEATHMATCH in any way.

 note... the boy in the taxi even tells you to go away as well and to not crash into him how's about I montage the whole scenario mate even with my voice in it do you not realise its visible when i reply and talk to you the only negative thing I said was is that you rdmed me which quite clearly is true context doesnt matter when you have broken a rule

You are failing to understand this and I am finding this quite difficult to keep explaining. This is NOT RDM. From the point in which I accidentally crashed into you the RP scenario begins. You then chase me and I escape. I then find a local car and track you down. You then continue to insult me to which you get downed.

One complete RP scenario - nothing random about it.

Please stop repeating I rammed you with a vehicle and you tried to get away - that is irrelevant.

So basically your saying the negative interaction started because of in game cheek didn't you drive to me and call me a pussio or something whatever you said then do proceed to run me over none of my vids have my own voice I appreciate you posting all clips. Though what exactly do I say to be ran over your the one calling me a pussy i called you a dafty for crashing into me mate if it was irl I would have said alot worse than dafty or get out the car you called me a pussy technically thats you starting the negative interaction bases not me. + I am over you crashing into me that was clearly an incident. you called me names first you were the instigator I shouldn't have been knocked down for replying to you negative or not. im not taking this personally or anything I dont even care about you calling me shit but if its about who said what first and instigates mate it was definitely you.

Please don't remove evidence off of your report @chimaevespecially if you may or may not have broken a rule yourself, It only paints you as a guilty man.

Furthermore, @chimaevhas already received a 1 day ban for this incident as a Staff Member spectated the entire ordeal.

In regards to his report, well his video has been deleted and the clips posted by @JuanPabloshow enough to not deem it as RDM. However, I will say that its on the borderline of baiting, please don't continue down this path in future.
