Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had just left MRPD and after receiving my phone and radio from my arresting officer, i stood outside getting my bearings, 670 on a motorcycle drove up and kicked/ran me over (both at the same time caused me to incapacitate immediately i believe), said "sorry", someone who watched it happen called them out on it and then they drove off with no further attempt at actual RP or anything. They later kicked the guy who took me to Pillbox while he was getting me out the car but i do not have that clipped.
