Please (in detail) describe the incident: My head popped, and I couldn't remember the season ID Its one of them 2

So I was doing bins once I finished I returned to my house put stuff away and left I heard gun shoots and police sirens, so I left and when and made kevlar only a few places, so I wasn't gone to long I then returned to my house again before arriving I have seen 2 Grove on the junction leading up to my house, so I just drove past and didn't bother getting involved as am just a hang about for Mara. I heard them follow me but didn't really bother to stop and talk, I didn't hear them call me or anything before I went back into my house to put the kevlar I just made away. I then left and was on my phone where a grove car pulled up to me and another guy on foot asked who I was. I replied am Roman the guy pointing the gun at me then said are u a hang about I said yes what's up he then shot me.

If I was to have got involved I would have when I have first seen them but as just a hang about didn't think we could get involved, so I didn't, and I was stood there minding my own I could have done something with how long I was there, but I didn't they could see I wasn't a threat but still shot me. They shot most of the hang about.

I knew they were out there when I returned the 2nd time I could have stayed in my house but tbh I didn't want to i was hoping for a good RP interaction to be honest that's why I left and didn't change but what I got was poor rp then shot and left to lay there for 25 minutes.

I did ask the person to come QE which he did respond and agreed, but I think they then started fighting with cutless, so I ended up just getting off and heading to bed.

Good Evening I am the person you have reported here and yes we did engage with cutlass and I was willing to still go to QE with you, as a hangabout you know Marabunta and Grove street are having a shootout at your turf therefore we are shooting marabunta and anyone that is a marabunta affiliates we have had a few shootouts with marabunta and you got called out as standing there on your phone so i go and G-check you and you do make it known that you are a hangabout and as it is a active shootout I didn't want to take any chances and I did shoot you. But if you do still want to go QE i am happy to go tomorrow or when u are free.

Yes I knew there was a shootout between Grove and Mara the 2nd time I returned to the tuff as I seen Grove but didn't the first time.

You say you didn't want to take any chances. Like stated in the original post when I seen Grove the for first time (when I came bk the 2nd time) I could have tried something. I wouldn't of stood on my phone knowing you guys was about I would of hide and picked my opportunity if I was gonna try something but I didn't.

There was 3 of you (even more probably close by) even if I tried I didn't really have a chance let's be honest. You could of been like put ur hands up searched me seen I had nothing and told me 2 leave. You could have took me or even had a short argument that would have deserved me being shot any of them outcomes would have been better than just being shot for answering 1 question and laying there for 25 minutes.

Yes I was on turf but I wasn't in the area where the main shootout was. Grove was clearly looking for Mara at this stage am guessing they had them beat at this point.

I could have stayed in my house for 10 minutes would u have still been around? Waiting for me as u one of your members knew I was in there idk. I came out expecting a decent RP interaction. But that wasn't what I got it's was poor RP imo

As a hangabout we ain't on radio with them so unless we are there in the area or we are told by Mara 2 leave like they do if its about 2 kick off I won't know.

For a example when aztecas had that shootout a few weeks bk they rolled upto me asked who I was I said am just a hang about they told me 2 leave. So I did.

I have pretty much said what I would have in QE. So I don't see any point at this stage. Unless staff want us to but I would just be repeating my self.

Thanks for your reply. I find it hard to believe that you would come back to turf after hearing shots and even standing outside you heard the sirens you heard the shots yet you still decided to stick around an active gunfight?

When I left my house the first time I heard shots and sirens. Didn't see Grove though it might have been police and Mara after a situation that happened ealier in the evening. Didn't bother 2 go find out.

So when I returned the 2nd time that's when I seen Grove on the junction. They seen me and followed me bk to my house as I heard them hit the fence as I entered my house. So if I turned and went another way would they have left me . I don't think they would have as u already stated you was shooting anyone affiliated with mara, So either way I probably would have ended up in the same situation.

I have said everything I needed to if staff need any more information then I will reply. But I appreciate your time.

Hi. Thanks for the report.

I've reviewed the footage, which is 5 minutes long (thank you) so provided all context needed. You were clearly minding your own business and not involved in any fighting.
The grove member in question catches you off guard leaving your house, and could have done anything with you in terms of RP, but chose to provide you little-to-none. I was quite shocked watching that roleplay, if you even want to call it that, from a member of a whitelisted gang. Simply not good enough.

As per G1.2, attacking a player without any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM.

No quality roleplay was provided in this attack, and therefore this will be approved.
