Please (in detail) describe the incident: Perez portended to ROB the person in the vehicle. The person said 'get out of the car' which prevented him stabbing me which then started a fight and Perez killing the person. The person didn't RP his injuries and then went on about how he 'Will remember us' also 'know who we are' we decided to stick him in the Ocean for a NEW LIFE. The person started saying to my friend Lewis how he has told someone on the radio of his location and what happened but he was dead unable to use the Radio. After being suspicious of his friends coming to save him we waiting around for him to respawn which he did.

Afterwards we was selling at the Balla Turf and the same person turned up and used his vehicle to kill Lewis with no RP involved. Then afterwards he wasn't responding to me asking what he was doing after basically taking a swim in the ocean he didn't reply and tried to destroy my vehicle. Then his friend turned up so I went to get my gun for them to leave the area so I could take Lewis to hospital. I pointed my gun and explained I had a gun to them but they still carried on ramming and not leaving the area. Afterwards they managed to get Lewis in they're vehicle after I shot some bullets at them.

After I repaired my vehicle, I went looking for the suspects but they couldn't be seen. I went down the active location of dumping bodies for Lewis and he wasn't to be found. Then Police turned up knowing my location, vehicle and name. They chased me until my Vehicle was destroyed and arrested me. They took my equipment and GUN from my pockets but didn't send me to Jail but gave me a 45K FINE. Also 2 POINTS on my Licence.

After the full situation I asked them to come into Discord call which they didn't but a GOD did attend and told us to report the issue.

(DUE TO THE EQUIPMENT BEING INVOLVED IN THE RULE BREAK, I AM WONDERING IF I COULD GET IT ALL BACK AND THE 2 POINTS LIFTED OFF MY LICENCE)

I also forgot to mention later on that NIGHT they're group of Friends all got Online. Then started messing with our RP and constantly kept on ramming us and trying to kill us like it was a WAR. (THIS WAS ALSO STREAMED SO LMK IF NEED CLIP OF ALL THAT SITUATION ALSO).

Hello @GW1LYM, thank you for making this player report.

This is going to be a big one to dig into and quite frankly awful from both sides. Now a couple things here, lets start off with the rulebreaks you are reporting 665 for. RVDM, NVL, NLR and not roleplaying his injuries.

From watching the footage you have provided (which is quite edited so I am going off what I can here). It starts off with you making a joking comment about robbing 665 which he clearly takes seriously and takes out a knife and tries to stab you, he then does not roleplay his injuries on the ground whilst he is incapacitated. 665 then seems to return after bleeding out in an attempt to get revenge on yourself resulting in him breaking NLR. As for the NVL claims you tell him to exit his vehicle whilst at gunpoint, now this wouldnt be NVL had he attempted to get away but instead of leaving the area he just circles clearly not valuing his life. I cannot determine if it was infact RVDM due to the clips being so edited.

Now onto your mistakes here, you kill this player with a baseball bat after very little roleplay, fair enough he stabbed you when he thought you were going to try and rob him and maybe you wanted revenge, however the level of roleplay here was not up to scratch on your part either. If I may bring a rule to your attention :

(G7.3) Executions - Executing another player must be realistic and be carried out with high quality roleplay.

What was the roleplay reason here to dump this individual? The level of roleplay overall was just awful. If you are dumping someone make it fun for both sides, remember this is a game and should be fun for both parties.

Before you dump him you say "you aren't going to remember this", now this is just terrible roleplay isn't it? If you are dumping someone and forcing them to respawn then that version of their character is dead to you. Its not a case of not remembering, its a case of them being dead as far as you are concerned and any feud you had with them dies with them. If you were to meet them again you are to treat them as you never met them before. After you have dumped said individual he has returned and started ramming you in which you repeatedly start shouting "I dumped you in the ocean you cant do this" or something to that effect.. Now this could be seen as you breaching NLR yourself as in roleplay how does it make sense that you watched someone die and then told them after that you already killed them ?  You should not be treating him as the same person. Instead if someone breaks NLR, treat it as you would normally and put a message in OOC or make a player report. You will be receiving a warning for these rulebreaks today.

The level of roleplay provided from that footage from both parties is quite frankly poor at best. Do better.

Also in future please provide timestamps and unedited clips as it makes it easier for staff to understand the full context.
