Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was returning an abandoned police vehicle as i was about to come on for a late patrol after being off duty, i return the vehicle to the garage and quickly pull out a traffic vehicle as i noticed 2 prisoners outside the MRPD when i was coming im, didnt have recorded that were involved in ramming me shortly before and driving like idiots. As i arrested one of the his friend just slices my throat with no RP at all. I was only armed with a baton at the time since i was off duty.
