What best describes this incident ?: RDM

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was at the taxi rank, clocking out and depositing my cash, when 2 guys came in (661 / 676), one proceeded to try and punch me at the ATM with out and voice comms or RP before hand. When he missed he got out a baseball bat and tried to hit me with that, as they were not making any demands or communicating with me, I decided to run for my vehicle and try to get away. 676 then shot me in the back, once again with out any voice comms or RP and robbed me. To their credit, they put me in a taxi and took me to a hospital, however I feel like they only did this as I asked in OOC chat what they were doing and someone else came forward and said they tried the same thing with him. Once I had checked in, they proceeded to lie about both incidents and swore they had communicated and RPed the robberies. After a short back and forth it was evident they would not admit to the RDM and we would have to report them. Upon resurrection at the hospital, 676 was waiting for me with a gun pointed at me, whilst 616 was telling myself and the other guy to get on discord via OOC Chat. I do not have a screenshot of the original incident, but I do have one of 676 holding me up at the hospital as soon as i had resurrected. This completely ruined the RP experience and I hope something can be done to stop this happening to someone else.

Im 676, Can I see proper evidence please. I have recording of it all but will only upload to defend myself when some proper evidence is raised.

But don't want you being banned from all the rules you broke including Combat logging, NVL, FailRP. 

 
@Raymond PestDo you have any video evidence of what happened to lead to the report as a screenshot wouldn't be sufficient for an RDM claim.

@FameIf you have evidence can you please provide that either on the report or to myself via dm please?

Thank you @FameI'll review both videos above, Can you confirm for me what time the above videos take place please, Also do you happen to have any evidence showing the session id's?

Thank you for the additional information @Famefor me to review this report fully. As it's been a few days without any additional evidence from @Raymond PestI'll go ahead and deal with the report. 

To kick things off I'll go over the first video. You do attempt to Rob Mr Pest at the Taxi rank and you can see your friend then pull a bat also from what I can see to show they are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage, However Mr Pest does run off and ultimately get shot by yourself. Whilst downed Mr Pest then breaks character and mentions the bad roleplay as a whole, However going from the video there wasn't much opportunity for roleplay once he run off and didn't value his life.

On the second video indeed they do combat log, I've confirmed this with the logs. Whilst I understand the frustration of the situation from Mr Pest's side if he believed a rule was broken then it doesn't give anyone the right to break a rule themselves.
