AS NONE OF THIS INFORMATION CAN BE INCLUDED IN THE CITY I WILL EXPLAIN THE RP SITUATION

Over the past 2 days i have had a few encounters with the gang North Side Cartel in the city as my police character. As a backstory my character has been blackmailed and threatened that if she doesn’t comply with demands she would be killed, My character Olivia Grace has gone to CID about this in RP and is RPing the story out.

Anyway, 21st August 2022 at 01:15 Approx I get on duty and receive a phone call 5 minutes after giving me a location to meet the gang who have taken one member of the north side cartel hostage and have downed him ID 482. Upon my arrival I do what I am told and take the weapons from the north side cartel member who is lying on the ground injured. One of the gang members look up the hill and see a car looking down at us (in the middle of nowhere) and within 3 minutes around 7-8 North Side cartel members swamped us, I had arrested ID 482 stuck him in my car and was on the road when the North Side cartel member Jamie Aggy instantly knew my name and shouted PC Olivia Grace is trying to escape. I truly believe this gang has a discord group and is screensharing a lot of their RP story’s and this is how they are responding to RP situations so fast, me personally I have only had around 2-3 run ins with the North Side Cartel and from my point the RP has simply been very poor, I have had to call them into liaison each time I have RP with them and see them in police liaison 2-3 times a day on top of this. Upon taking this matter to Police Liaison in discord Frank smith said they were checking dodgy doctors as that’s where they suspected the gang were taking the downed member to retrieve his pistol. My personal opinion is this is very strange that there is a good few dodgy doctors around the city and out of all you check the one closest to where this gang have taken this downed individual.

A few days ago in RP I again was valuing my life and following commands due to my character being blackmailed and had attended and searched 2 members of the North Side cartel who later in RP got dumped in the ocean. The very next day I started getting called corrupt by members of north side cartel (They say in discord liaison that every officer gets called corrupt but 2 of the members state watch out for her she is corrupt) Clearly a personal attack at me. 20th August I pull Jamie Aggy into Liaison as he states to CID he has picture proof of me being corrupt, I pulled him to liaison as the only times I could ever be accused of being corrupt the bodies were dumped by the gang afterwards so wanted to establish were these pictures came from (Jamie states I go via word of mouth in the discord call) so for the RP story there was clearly no pictures and they in my opinion were referring to the dumping of the bodies the other day.
Current story lines and RP provided by the north side cartel I think are poor simply because if one of them loose an item or another gang loose an item they are both to liaison and don’t RP the situation out and things just get heated.
I am not making this report to get bans or anything rolled out I just want to bring this to staffs attention for them to be aware of the accused rule breaks and current story of RP they are going down if I may say in my own words, I have tried to resolve previous rule breaks with the north side cartel but for me this has been the 3rd night pulling them into liaison for what I feel is rule breaks and I just feel now staff need to be made aware.

BACK STORY ABOUT PC BLUEFORT OCONNER
PC Bluefort oconner OOC and in city is unaware of my current roleplay story and me working with CID reporting all my run ins with gangs blackmailing me, but Bluefort did say yesterday he was acquainted with Frank and In an RP situation he pulled Frank aside outside of PD when I was trying to interview him (just relevant as I believe metagaming was involved at this incident today)
PC Bluefort oconner follows me the exact moment I leave MRPS all the way to the place I meet the gang (In discord he shows me the dashcam footage saying this was enough evidence to prove that it wasent metagaming) , conveniently there is cartel members already in the area before myself and Bluefort who is following me arrive “in discord stating they are checking dodgy doctors” just so happens to be the dodgy doctor that is where the downed person is. If they were checking other doctors to then how did 7-9 gang members show up within 2 minutes of me arriving.

This genuinely just ruins the RP for the other side and me being the blackmailed cop in this situation trying to RP my part and being like my 3rd run in with this gang this situation just like the previous 3 do scream metagaming in my personal opinion. I know this is a big accusation to make but makes logical sense that they are on discord screensharing exactly where they are being taken hence the other gang members are in the area ready to pounce.

Lastly as I know there is around 20 north side cartel members can I ask only the ones involved with this report (Mentioned please respond.

My side of story:

Me and Jamie where on our way to do our own thing when they told on radio that one of our members where taken. We where already on our way up to sandy to go to one of our favorit spots we like to chill at by the big train brigde in the canyon. 

So when they Said on radio someone was taken we decided to continue in to sandy to check dodgy doctor there, when they all of sudden said  over radio that Olivia is seen around the light house. So we drive directly towards the place. 

And this is also why Jamie yelled that Olivia is getting away because we where told that it was her in the Police car. 

And to the part where its rumors about Olivia being corrupt. This is something i have been told over radio IC. If its true or not. I dont know. Im Just trying to play along with information i have got in City. 

I have been in this server for a year soon. And i had 2 bans last year. I can admit that. It was mistakes from me, this is my first RP server, and have not been in other serveres. I have used time to build up Karen in the City. I would never metagame, i know how big of a rule break that is. I have tried my best to stay away from breaking rules in the City. 

From my side it was only a coincidence that i was there today. I was Just following what was told on radio.

As tanja99 (karen smith) said we were already on our way up the city to go and chill somewhere when I heard about someone being kidnapped so we offered to help we then heard that pc olivia grace was in attendance near the dodgy at the lighthouse blue had told frank smith that she was down their as shown in the discord liason last night with mike wolfie (staff) present blue had followed you from mission row police station all the way up to lighthouse where it was purely coincidental that frank and blue bumped into eachother as they know of eachother they spoke about a missing person which blue said that olivia grace was down at the docks near the bottom of lighthouse as frank and some other members including pd had suspicions on this woman frank decided to follow up on that information to which at that time me and karen smith arrived and saw frank going down to the bridge so we followed on and assisted our leader to which we had seen olivia grace with cutlass and our missing person so as we had members of our gang already checking the dodgy doctors out of the city up the countryside we called it in hence the reason they responded so fast me and karen smith were purely acting on information given to us I have never broken a rule in this server or been warned at all I would never dream of breaking a rule or even think about metagaming as I have established amazing friendships in this city and great rp with people around city aswell and jamie is well respected by lots of people around city by other gangs civilians and many more thank you for taking your time to read this and I hope you all have a great day.

I was mentioned in this post but from my side of things i feel i have done nothing wrong as i was cutting coke with a friend than i hear over radio Azzz was taken than we start searching all witch doctors as he had a pistol and got killed so it would make sense if they had taken him there than someone says come to lighthouse fast over radio i turn up late as all the cars are leaving than i fell off a cliff on my bike than died  

I also have suspicions of Katelyn West trying to get revenge via metagaming as she has targeted my gang on 2 separate characters when after we had a dispute when we were in a gang called ronins this was on her solicitor character, after I was kicked out of the ronins i was introduced to frank via Josh Dixxon and then we all joined NSC after this the ronins started causing trouble which was dealt with through rp ending in the result of the ronins never returning not long after we started seeing her police character colluding with cutlass who we are currently at war with we then suspected her to be a corrupt police officer and after seeing her at the light house with cutlass that confirmed my suspicions, I believe that Katelyn West is trying to get revenge on another character (metagaming) as she has targeted the gang i am in twice on two separate characters

Also we talked about this in police VC in discord and we showed our clips and everything like that and she didnt like the result deafened and come back 10mins later and said im still taking in to forums.

Just a few things from my POV, like i stated in my statement above things just dont add up on how fast you got there and at 01:30 in the morning you just so happened to be in sandy shores at your favourite spot, it still would have taken you longer than 2 minutes to arrive there?

In regards to something coming over the radio, who knew it was PC Oliva Grave? Do you know who said that on radio and a rough time? Maybe a clip of that coming through? Just again i had arrived there literally 2 minutes before 7-8 North side cartel members arrived?

In RP Bluefort did mention the fact he was aquainted with Frank Smith in RP, Like i stated in discord with Mike wolfie present it just doesent make sense on why bluefort would follow me off duty randomly at 01:30 in the morning (with this aside the accusation i have made does still stand regarless of bluefort following) 7-8 of your members show up within 2 minutes of me arriving it would take longer than that to get to my location and we were sort of hidden so would have taken you an extra few minutes to locate us, but yous knew exactly where we were as stated 2 minutes of me being there, 7-8 of you gang show up. (If your gang were checking all dodgy doctors they would have all pounced within 2 minutes) and out of all dodgy doctors you happen to check its the one right next to this incident?

ok so let's start off last nights situation which is what builds up to going to the light house.

Azz and Rock members of my gang go down to the impound looking for Cutlass as we are in an active gang war so decided to see if they could find any  whilst the rest of us are at our turf on prosperity street sitting and talking with a couple friends of ours. We then get Azz shouting either mechanics or impound to which some of us didn't know what was going on so stayed at turf but 2 people went and looked down at the impound in case there was trouble and they needed help. Cutlass had shot both Rock and Azz and managed to get Azz into their car and leave rock to which my friends found Rock and took him to pillbox, the 2 people that dropped rock off came back to our turf and said they have taken rock to pillbox to which we all started to relax on our turf again we didn't even know they had Azz at this point and it took until rock finally come out of the pillbox and say they took Azz by the way so we got into our cars which I  was then debating even looking for him as it had already taken from the time rock fully come out the pillbox to tell us that information.

Once Rock said Azz had his pistol on him I sent people to different dodgy doctors like the motorcycle dodgy, sandy shores dodgy, and marabunta dodgy I was going to the light house dodgy but I went to find the underground place in sandy shores first in case they took him there first to which I couldn't find the entrance to and someone said about if there's no cars there leave. So as I leave to go to the lighthouse which is just me and my friend in my vehicle baring in mind my gang is searching sandy shores dodgy at this point as well I then go to the lighthouse which is just me and 1 person in my car as stated earlier I see nothing at the doctor so continued round to the concrete pad around the corner and also saw nothing.

When I see that no one was there I was about to leave that area all together until I see a blue comet pull Infront of me and told me she was on the other side to which I followed and used my radio to tell the rest of my gang which some was at sandy shores that's why it took some time for my members to even turn up to the situation. I pull up to the bridge just before where they are having the situation I get out of the car and try to take a picture on my phone to help my suspicion of her being corrupt then Craig David ( Luke Tee) runs up to all 3 of us then runs away so I ask my gang who it is which to no one responds and he runs back towards there situation. So I started to chase him down then shoot him then go to get in my car to try and block pc Olivia Grace to which she slips past me and for some reason drives straight into the ocean and then continues to stay under the water and as seen in her clip she was somehow speaking under the water.

I would like to add my reasons for why my suspicions started  that she may be corrupt is because one any incidents that was occurring at our turf she was making it her business to always be the one to turn up and deal with the situation herself I wasn't really seeing any other officer deal with a lot of it, Then when nothing was even happening at our turf she was parked up round the corner in a pink Skoda for some odd reason, She was also posting on Tweedle that we was in the mud even though we didn't give her a reason like calling her out on Tweedle or anything like that so for me I've never seen an officer do that sort of thing unless they get provoked into a little reply. Then she posted on Tweedle Frank Smith come down to PD your vehicle is flagging up on our ANPR camera  to which a few people went down to that police station and someone posed as me wearing a black bike helmet so you couldn't even see a face whilst I was outside not saying anything, The person that was posing as me started to shoot inside the pd to which we all left the scene for a brief moment long enough for her to post it on Tweedle that I had made matters so much worse for myself to which I then posted I've just woke up what are you going on about then she replied with you may want to come to pd your sentence is looking long, And I'm pretty sure the person was inside the PD posing as me whilst the tweedle posts was going back and forth so it would of been on the camera inside the station. After all of the shooting went on I then came back in my gang colours asking about why I was being asked to come to the PD and that's when bluefort asks to speak to me and tells me he knows its not me as he knows the way I stand and speak to people, I also asked to speak to someone about her cause she was trying to say it was me when it wasn't and as I went to speak to I think his name was Adam Grahams or Graham Adams I cant remember which way round it was she started shouting I don't want him speaking to that officer I'm pretty sure his corrupt. To me personally if a person is guilty of something and then it starts being mentioned they try to accuse the other person so it try's to take the heat off the person being accused so with that I speak to bluefort again round the corner and that's when he told me he didn't think it was me and then I ask to speak to her personally and we speak and then she believes it wasn't me. She then tells me about an incident that happened at our turf and that a few cutlass members got shot and gave her a witness statement at the scene to which I wasn't even in the city at that time so again she's there AGAIN making it her business to attend to my gang, There was another situation when we took cutlass member from the impound to the unground racetrack which is the very first time that we have took anyone to that location and she turned up to that spot then when we all went to liaison to speak about it OOC she said that she was told by someone which was a cutlass member that we have taken this person to one of like 3 locations as we have taken one of them there before which is FALSE as that was the very first time.

I also feel this is personal for her as we have had encounters with her other characters before (Harriot East , Katelyn West) 

The first being that (Harriot East) became The Ronin's solicitor and some of The Ronin's gang members didn't like the way the gang was being run and didn't like the fact that Harriot pretty much started CO Leading The Ronin's so decided to come and join my gang, When they joined The Ronin's then kidnapped jay which is a friend of mine so we decided to go and save him because they didn't do a clever job and zip tie jay they got him to jump in the car then start talking about it to which he rang me from the back of their car and asked me to see if I could help him, I then showed up and killed most of them with a few of my members to which she was upset about because she couldn't carry out what she would of liked to do and we was having a couple of situations of shit talking each other ( my gang and The Ronin's) so she obviously wanted some sort of revenge.

The second encounter with  (Katelyn West) was when we was fighting another group that called themselves The Blicky Boys we found one of them at the pillbox when we had a convoy of cars and we all pointed guns at him from the cars telling him to stop running, He then decides to jump into Katelyn West's car which is surrounded at this point and blocked in she try's to then reverse out for some reason but cannot move he then jumps out the car puts his hands up and we take him to the concrete pad at the dam to which Katelyn west gets seen on the hill with police officers trying to observe the situation so one of my gang members goes and checks to see who it is and identifies its Katelyn West. So after we dump the body off we go back to pillbox and Katelyn west is there again so we block her in asking her to get out of the car so we can question her about why she was on the hill etc we play the situation out and after the situation is finished she calls us all into the liaison again telling us that we was just VDMING her but when we all provided her with evidence she started to stutter a little and say ahh well ok yeah you got a point because she was caught out. 

The third time and conveniently she goes and plays a corrupt fed for a gang we are at war with completely which I feel she has done because of what's happened between her other characters like I'm not being funny she keeps pulling people into liaison to speak threatening to take it to the forums every time, even when there is evidence of nothing happening she got shown last night Infront of Mike Wolfie that lead right up to them being found , And this report her and Luke Tee have made together so they made 2 reports on the same situation seems a little funny to me.

As for the discord group yes I do have a discord group like many many people do in the city but that doesn't mean we was using it to communicate to each other or share screens to find anyone we use it to relax in and talk to each other when we are not in the city and when we are in city we both mute and deafen and communicate through radio , she also has a "discord group" for her Harriot East  character and so does cutlass but they are both just trying to point fingers for it because I feel like Katelyn and Luke are trying to get me deported that's why Katelyn and Luke haven't reported all of the people in that situation.

Good evening @PureLuck1hope your having a great evening!

As above the whole situation just doesent add up on how all members pounced at once, this is why i have brought it to report a player.

I have pulled you guys into police liason 3 times, each time its because of either poor RP, or the fact that your guys simply show up to RP situations out of nowehere like this incident. This is why i have taken it to report a player, again thisis to make staff aware of the accusations being made from my perspective only having a few encounters with the NSC. 

Regarding your comments on me about using 2 seperate characters in RP, Roleplay is roleplay and like (psianaRama) Staff told you we roleplay until very early hours in the city where there is less players so we are bound to bump into each other.

But just for back ground reference to clear that accusation up, Harriot East was trying to get revenge on (Jay woodwork) for trying to shoot her and others up when they left a drive way Ronin Block back then. We kidnapped Jay took him to the canal and North Side cartel smacked her on the head with a shovel, luckily CID came saved harriot and she remembered everything and is out for revenge.

Now moving onto my police character, I am kidnapped one night and at gun point im told i must attend any GPS i get and follow commands or i will die, the blackmailers in the RP sitation got me to say things at gun point and said we will use this and make your life hell, so i go to each GPS i get, In RP i have made CID aware of this and thats another RP story in the works. Once again as discussed in the Discord liason (psianaRama) Staff even told you there was police activitys going on in the area multiple times. I cannot help the fact there is lower amounts of police on early morning. 

So my cop character has nothing against NSC but is just following commands valuing her life under rule (G2.4) 

Harriot however did have a personal vandetta against NSC but was taken out by 229 and now doesent remember the situation, hence she is not in the city right now  

We did talk about this in police liason for a good chunk of time but just things that were being said and the amound of times NSC are pulled into police liason by multiple people in the city i felt it now needs to be brought to staffs attention. Even if its just keeping a closer eye as it does ruin RP for others involved

Statement i have quoted above i did not hear blue talk in the dash cam provided, i may be wrong but if you could link that id appreciate it just so staff can view your evidence also

So you know exactly where we are even though we are positioned at the rear of the house, you just knew to stop where you did? I do believe Luke ran towards you as mention in discord to get your session IDs as everyone who was there with the downed individual knew instantly yous wouldnt all arrive that quickly.

I drive passed you when 2 black cars box me at the bridge, i value my life following rule (G2.4 Value of life) and drive into the water to avoid being shot i was out numbered yous started shooting at me instantly, if i stopped i would have been dead sp to value my life when being outnumbered i drove into the sea. Regarding the comments of talking under the water theres no need to bring tit for tat into the player reports, im sure your aware its not impossible to talk under the water  i was trying to preserve the life of my Prisoner and get him onto shore but unfortunatly i drowned.

Again this situation was talked about in discord and resolved not to sure why your bringing this up but ill clarify again for you, Like (psianaRama) Staff said in the call there was active police calls to that area on that evening and we were looking for a black sultan and funnily enough your jester. When your car goes past a ANPR camera it pings to the police and we dispatch ourselfs to try locate it. Im pretty sure we got behind you but there was 3 jesters and your car had a marker for firearms, me and Bluefort the other officer in attendance decide to back of valuing our lifes again under G2.4 as we aint firearm trained to get into that potential dangerous situation so we back off. The corrupt allegations started the day after i had been blackmailed to search 2 of NCS members who were later dumped, they specifically stated watch out for her she is corrupt this was before this incident at the block you guys hang around. Wouldnt say thats a strong reason to call an officer corrupt because she is one of the only officers in attendance but hey ho. 

She was also posting on Tweedle that we was in the mud even though we didn't give her a reason like calling her out on Tweedle or anything like that so for me I've never seen an officer do that sort of thing unless they get provoked into a little reply.

I did tweet yous were in the mud 100% saying i did but that was after NSC made heaps of accounts with NSC Rock NSC Harribo etc showing pictures of people they had killed. I simply commented yous are in the mud alot also. (Tweedle is social media  its going to get used to be honest) Again the corrupt allegations started 2 days prior to this tweedle post so it just doesent add up what your saying here and thats why i brought it to report a player.

So in this statement here, two people walk into MRPS the one wearing NSC clothing states his name is Frank Smith clearly trying to get some information on your case, before then opening fire at PC Oliva Grace saying dont fuck with the North Side Cartel. The day i pulled you into discord Liason (Stuart staff) even told you that if someone had came into PD and said there name was frank smith he would act on that and it would be down to you as the accused to prove your innocence.  Regarding the Tweedle post there is 3 officers on duty at this time and we wanted to see why your car was flagging up also to get a statement/yourside of events on the attempted murder warrant that was issued for you, using tweedle is like the police using twitter in real life to get in contact so yes tweedle was used in this RP Story  

The person that was posing as me started to shoot inside the pd to which we all left the scene for a brief moment long enough for her to post it on Tweedle that I had made matters so much worse for myself to which I then posted I've just woke up what are you going on about then she replied with you may want to come to pd your sentence is looking long, And I'm pretty sure the person was inside the PD posing as me whilst the tweedle posts was going back and forth so it would of been on the camera inside the station

So after shots were fired in PD everyone left including the people who shot inside PD, they didnt stand there why would they stand there when they just shot at police in reception? I posted on tweedle you made matters so much worse for yourself as you had just shot up a police station  Again the person posing as you was one of the shooters and left PD after shooting. 

After all of the shooting went on I then came back in my gang colours asking about why I was being asked to come to the PD and that's when bluefort asks to speak to me and tells me he knows its not me as he knows the way I stand and speak to people, I also asked to speak to someone about her cause she was trying to say it was me when it wasn't and as I went to speak to I think his name was Adam Grahams or Graham Adams I cant remember which way round it was she started shouting I don't want him speaking to that officer I'm pretty sure his corrupt

Dont want to say to much regarding this as its till ongoing RP, but i had asked to interview you which would have brought some good RP and would have given you a police interview etc. I had my resons for shouting what i did and again wont be going into this as its still an active ongoing RP Situation within the LSPS

Also you mention bluefort knows the way you stand which he tells me later on in the evening which results in the new charges being removed from your record/warrant.

Just a few things from my POV, like i stated in my statement above things just dont add up on how fast you got there and at 01:30 in the morning you just so happened to be in sandy shores at your favourite spot, it still would have taken you longer than 2 minutes to arrive there?

In regards to something coming over the radio, who knew it was PC Oliva Grave? Do you know who said that on radio and a rough time? Maybe a clip of that coming through? Just again i had arrived there literally 2 minutes before 7-8 North side cartel members arrived?

In RP Bluefort did mention the fact he was aquainted with Frank Smith in RP, Like i stated in discord with Mike wolfie present it just doesent make sense on why bluefort would follow me off duty randomly at 01:30 in the morning (with this aside the accusation i have made does still stand regarless of bluefort following) 7-8 of your members show up within 2 minutes of me arriving it would take longer than that to get to my location and we were sort of hidden so would have taken you an extra few minutes to locate us, but yous knew exactly where we were as stated 2 minutes of me being there, 7-8 of you gang show up. (If your gang were checking all dodgy doctors they would have all pounced within 2 minutes) and out of all dodgy doctors you happen to check its the one right next to this incident? 

As I have said and stated we were checking the dodgy doctors as we all have good fast cars we were able to check quick enough we had some people in helicopters and because we split into groups we were able to search the areas quick enough the guys had regrouped in sandy hence the reason they could respond me and karen had decided to check the lighthouse dodgy as we were close to it on our way up to paleto we thought about checking that area regardless because its a widely known popular spot we did mention all of our points and evidence was shown last night in the liason as staff mike wolfie was witness and was present but this seemed like you had enough you asked us to come to the liason but soon deafend yourself when we put our points across then saying eitherway you would take it here forums without even listening to our side and the evidence provided we were happy to sort it in the liason but when we gave our evidence and explained the situation you seemed like you didnt want to listen so im very confused here.

To me personally if a person is guilty of something and then it starts being mentioned they try to accuse the other person so it try's to take the heat off the person being accused so with that I speak to bluefort again round the corner and that's when he told me he didn't think it was me and then I ask to speak to her personally and we speak and then she believes it wasn't me. She then tells me about an incident that happened at our turf and that a few cutlass members got shot and gave her a witness statement at the scene to which I wasn't even in the city at that time so again she's there AGAIN making it her business to attend to my gang,

If you dont like the police coming to your turf then maybe dont do the crimes to make them show up Frank, it is as easy as that  I dont make anything my business but when you commit crimes in the city it is THE POLICES BUSINESS and I AM PART OF THE POLICE nothing with taking your case personally as we deal with hundreds of cases on a day to day basis. 

There was another situation when we took cutlass member from the impound to the unground racetrack which is the very first time that we have took anyone to that location and she turned up to that spot then when we all went to liaison to speak about it OOC she said that she was told by someone which was a cutlass member that we have taken this person to one of like 3 locations as we have taken one of them there before which is FALSE as that was the very first time.

Frank we seem to be going in circles here, this was also mentioned in discord liason and was dealt with, i even showed you the guy who gave us info  Who yous identified as the scottish guy, me and my patrol partner took the intel and got 1 ARV to the dam, one ARV to the canals and me and my partner went to the underground racetrack again we didnt know much more than that but when we arrive at the under ground racetrack guess whos Red jester rams us? Yours so we push our panic button get more units and detain Tony Knobs again in the matter of minutes all your guys are circling the area where Tony has to tell Brock Aries and Rock Ares to leave.  This is when Rock states watch that on she is corrupt the day after i dont the search on two of the NSC members. 

Again will mentioning previous RP Situations its every situation we get into your guys are there in seconds and clearly always win the majority of the time because your guys swamp the area within minutes. 

I also feel this is personal for her as we have had encounters with her other characters before (Harriot East , Katelyn West) 

You have had interactions with Harriot East reason beef started was because one member of the gang she was helping stood at the bottom of the drive way with a gun trying to shoot up her and also members of the ronin, we then went to try kidnap jay and NSC had smacked me with a shovel, CID took me to hospital and i remember the whole situation hence harriot has beef with you, however that has been forgotten about as 229 had ended here. Harriot does not remember the feud.

PC Olivia Grace again as stated above has been black mailed by gangs in RP to go to GPS Locations and search downed victims or she would be killed again valuing my life G2.4 i go to the GPS and follow commands, so no i dont personally have beef the the NSC i just follow commands by my blackmailers. I have dealt with Karen Smith in the cells and if i did have a personal vandetta against NSC i would have given her max sentence when i literally reduced it to below half of what she would have got. I just love roleplaying and want it to be fair for all involved. 

The first being that (Harriot East) became The Ronin's solicitor and some of The Ronin's gang members didn't like the way the gang was being run and didn't like the fact that Harriot pretty much started CO Leading The Ronin's so decided to come and join my gang, When they joined The Ronin's then kidnapped jay which is a friend of mine so we decided to go and save him because they didn't do a clever job and zip tie jay they got him to jump in the car then start talking about it to which he rang me from the back of their car and asked me to see if I could help him, I then showed up and killed most of them with a few of my members to which she was upset about because she couldn't carry out what she would of liked to do and we was having a couple of situations of shit talking each other ( my gang and The Ronin's) so she obviously wanted some sort of revenge.

I wasent upset, its RP Frank and i feel you need to realise that. I dont let RP come out of city it stays in city, when your pulled to discord calls your angry, argumentative, sad and p*ssed off. Alone breaking rule  (G1.6) Being In Character - What happens in Roleplay needs to stay within Roleplay. Do not bring in character issues outside of the game, likewise do not bring your real life issues with other players into the game. You ARE NOT your character and they ARE NOT you.

I love to roleplay and let roleplay situations happen naturally  i dont take things that happen on one character and take it to the other as one that would be against server rules, and 2 because it would ruin my RP experiance having all my characters have a feud with the same person would be boring. 

The second encounter with  (Katelyn West) was when we was fighting another group that called themselves The Blicky Boys we found one of them at the pillbox when we had a convoy of cars and we all pointed guns at him from the cars telling him to stop running, He then decides to jump into Katelyn West's car which is surrounded at this point and blocked in she try's to then reverse out for some reason but cannot move he then jumps out the car puts his hands up and we take him to the concrete pad at the dam to which Katelyn west gets seen on the hill with police officers trying to observe the situation so one of my gang members goes and checks to see who it is and identifies its Katelyn West. So after we dump the body off we go back to pillbox and Katelyn west is there again so we block her in asking her to get out of the car so we can question her about why she was on the hill etc we play the situation out and after the situation is finished she calls us all into the liaison again telling us that we was just VDMING her but when we all provided her with evidence she started to stutter a little and say ahh well ok yeah you got a point because she was caught out. 

The third time and conveniently she goes and plays a corrupt fed for a gang we are at war with completely which I feel she has done because of what's happened between her other characters like I'm not being funny she keeps pulling people into liaison to speak threatening to take it to the forums every time, even when there is evidence of nothing happening she got shown last night Infront of Mike Wolfie that lead right up to them being found , And this report her and Luke Tee have made together so they made 2 reports on the same situation seems a little funny to me.

Ok so one incident with Katelyn and you call that a feud  your trying to divert the attention away from the accused rulebreaks above so lets just stick to relevant facts if that is ok with all

Just to clear this accusation up, NSC started ramming katelyns car for no reason to get her passnger out, they hadnt said anything previous until they had crashed our car into the wall they then initiated RP i pulled them into Liason as it felt that RP situation was unfair and for them to just keep ramming us and not talking. This again was resolved in discord, again all i would say to frank is its roleplay, i dont personally feel Katelyn and NSC have a feud it was a one of situation which was dealt with when yous dumped me. That night i pulled your whole gang into RP as yous were making disgusting comments in city, spent 20 minutes trying to stick katelyn into an acid pool but kept failing it was just Poor RP and not enjoyable from the victims stand point. 

Staff have told you guys in multiple liason calls that this happens, the city is small at night and its almost guarenteed we will bump into each other on different characters, you need to appreicate and listen to the advice the Staff team are giving to you instead of letting it fly over your head. They do this in there spare time and listen to the sitations on both sides then give their thoughts, but from everything youve mentioned above none of the Staffs advice has stuck? You seem to be bringing up things that have either been resolved or things that staff have already explained to you but either way thanks for your response.

 Blue informed frank that olivia was on duty Frank asked blue to keep an eye on olivia grace as he had his suspicions  blue followed her as you saw in the liason footage he followed her up to the lighthouse before frank even knew about her location he headed up to the lighthouse to search the dodgy. blue was already there observing the situation he had told frank about her whereabouts  when he had turnt up to the lighthouse to search that dodgy. After recieving that information he then followed blue down the road after blue left to spy on olivia frank was there for a few minutes observing and taking photos from the bridge when i turned up too we were there for a while the only time it actually kicked off and everyone came down to intercept was when the shots started as we needed to act fast the whole reason the guys were up in sandy was because thats where most people use the dodgy doctors most of the time the city is too risky to use the docs so sandy is used a lot the body cams will be uploaded soon they are being formatted currently.

I do believe Luke ran towards you as mention in discord to get your session IDs as everyone who was there with the downed individual knew instantly yous wouldnt all arrive that quickly.

I drive passed you when 2 black cars box me at the bridge, i value my life following rule (G2.4 Value of life) and drive into the water to avoid being shot i was out numbered yous started shooting at me instantly, if i stopped i would have been dead sp to value my life when being outnumbered i drove into the sea. Regarding the comments of talking under the water theres no need to bring tit for tat into the player reports, im sure your aware its not impossible to talk under the water  i was trying to preserve the life of my Prisoner and get him onto shore but unfortunatly i drowned.

Im pretty sure we got behind you but there was 3 jesters and your car had a marker for firearms, me and Bluefort the other officer in attendance decide to back of valuing our lifes again under G2.4 as we aint firearm trained to get into that potential dangerous situation so we back off. The corrupt allegations started the day after i had been blackmailed to search 2 of NCS members who were later dumped, they specifically stated watch out for her she is corrupt this was before this incident at the block you guys hang around. Wouldnt say thats a strong reason to call an officer corrupt because she is one of the only officers in attendance but hey ho. 

(PsianaRama) did say there was active police calls to that area but its always you responding to it as to try catch dirt not really any other officer, Also I was told originally it was just the sultan now your saying its also my jester so which one is it ? The allegations started when I started noticing it's always you turning up and it was you taking the witness statement from cutlass which you yourself told me saying I was there when I was actually asleep at the time that shooting happened on my turf so for cutlass to blame me and you being there as well added to my suspicion.

Like I said in liaison if it was me at the front desk when you was tweeting me you would see me using my phone so it felt like you was trying to pin the situation on me hence building my suspicion even more, Also when we was in liaison I asked to see if those camera's worked in the PD to show evidence of me not using my phone.

PC Olivia Grace again as stated above has been black mailed by gangs in RP to go to GPS Locations and search downed victims or she would be killed again valuing my life G2.4 i go to the GPS and follow commands, so no i dont personally have beef the the NSC i just follow commands by my blackmailers. I have dealt with Karen Smith in the cells and if i did have a personal vandetta against NSC i would have given her max sentence when i literally reduced it to below half of what she would have got. I just love roleplaying and want it to be fair for all involved.

Do not bring in character issues outside of the game, likewise do not bring your real life issues with other players into the game. You ARE NOT your character and they ARE NOT you.

I love to roleplay and let roleplay situations happen naturally  i dont take things that happen on one character and take it to the other as one that would be against server rules, and 2 because it would ruin my RP experiance having all my characters have a feud with the same person would be boring. 

There has been a couple of times in the liaison you came in hollering screaming that was fucking bullshit etc because there has been 15+ people to witness you doing it and arguing the case of why we had you, every time we seem to talk in the liaison you threaten to go to the forums without hearing our side first as if to intimidate someone getting there point out there so you can sort of get some sort of trip off it I don't know. Sometimes I can be argumentative but that's because your always threatening with going straight to the forums without letting people explain so yeah personally I don't see why you would call someone into liaison to do that ?

As I have stated 2-3 times now the guys were in sandy after going to the dodgys as they regrouped they then found out on radio that it was happening at lighthouse we responded but were still confused which is why we were moving very clumsy when we finally got there. frank will be providing video footage soon with the proof and the audio stating we had no idea on where you were and the fact we were lost while responding id like to also add when the video is posted when we boxed you in at the bridge why did you not value your life or say anything at all you went silent and drove into the sea.

@jamie aggyplease read the replies, as stated yous had nearly got my car disabled, i valued my life as yous began firing shots towards Luke, i took my car off road into the water when no guns where pointed and yous boxed me in. so at that point i am valuing my life as yous could have melee weapons on you but no gun visable, so to value my life i went into the water   I do speak i clearly shout panic panic, then say urgent back up needed on radio  please watch the evidence attached above :

Also stated in the clip where i went into the water id 482 your member knows yous are going to show up warns us, manages to shout at you to take pictures which instantly means im going to avoid the pictures.  so yeah i did value my life given the RP you provided, which was to ram me and to stop me going over the bridge.

Hello. I play the character Azz in city whos full name is Arthur Headson, I have played this city for over a year or two now from what I recall and have never been accused of meta gaming or anything else I have no bans and would like to say that my characters roleplay has been very serious acting everyday life and interacting with others.

So to start of my point of view I am going to split it down into sections.

SECTION 1:

Azz was heading down to the mechanic/impound to get his motorbike and when he got there he saw another member of NSC (NORTH SIDE CARTEL) getting hit by a cutlass member so Azz starting trying to fight off the people but ended up being out numbered. just before Azz took one last hit that would knock him down he shouted over our radio saying Mechanics! then he was hit over the head and was unable to respond to anyone he was still awake but concussed. after 3 minutes azz was taking in a tow truck to the lighthouse.

SECTION 2:
After Cutlass took me to the light house I was talking to them saying what is going to happen and they was waiting for more of their people so 10 minutes passed and then they took me down to the little house over the bridge of lighthouse. we then sat there while they said we have a surprise for you.

SECTION 3:
After minutes passed I saw a police car driving down and started to suspect something dodgy as Azz already had suspicions from previous encounters, PC Oliva got out and Azz starting to laugh about how they use police Olivia asked cutlass what they wanted her to do and she took my stuff from me.

SECTION 4:
After PC Olivia took my stuff you will see in the video Evidence 0.1 that cutlass members are starting to say whos that and go check it out, overall they are getting worried someone is looking at them which then lead to NSC(North Side Cartel) members shooting at cutlass, PC Olivia then said act official to try and stop her from looking corrupt so she arrested me and put me in her car.

Section 5:

When we got in the car she drove off while I was shouting at members in north side stating she's corrupts and to take photos she then plowed her car into the water which made me confused why she did that but anyways after that not much happened except she tried to get me out the car but died trying.

NORTH SIDE CARTELS SUSPICON THAT PC OLIVIA IS CORRUPT:

Personally each member of NSC had there suspicion from multiple encounters, Azz was in a encounter and heard a cutlass member state something about PC Olivia which I thought was strange as I believe the cutlass member was trying to whisper this happened while they was trying to take another member of north side cartel Azz however was alive and fighting them.

Second suspicion is that it seems that every time cutlass would be around us PC Olivia also would be there but no other officers would when there is lots of police so it raised the question why is she the only one responding every time.

A COMMENT I MADE IN EVIDENCE 0.1:

I stated in Evidence 0.1 at 33seconds that she wouldn't be with them for long the reason I said this is because I was relating to North Side Cartel trying to get her fired.

METAGAMING:

I would like to state that in that whole Roleplay scene I was not meta gaming and did not even know that north side cartel was going to find me, you can clearly hear on all my clips of the evidence that I was not in any external call and had no way of telling them where I was.
