Please (in detail) describe the incident: For context, Me and my friend found someone dead at Sanitation so we decided to steal a local car and take him to pillbox. Once we got to pillbox we parked the local in the parking spaces and then tried to take the person out the car to which the point the person I think F8 quit or head popped I'm not sure but not important to this situation, A police car then pulled up round the front to which we went and spoke to them trying to have a laugh and a joke. Me and my friend got into a bit of a fight as a laugh and I pulled out my knife and started to stab him which maybe wasn't the smartest idea as I was literally right in front of a police car with 2 police inside, The police then hopped out the car and I realised my mistake and started to run I then turned a corner and waited for the police to come and I started to stab him he managed to get a decent distance away and taze then cuff me, I'm going to be honest before this all happened I was a bit of an annoying prisoner, Before this situation happened I was actually going to go to sleep as it was late then the situation turned into something bigger and therefore would take longer so I put in the "/LOOC chat saying could this be quick as I've got to go"
but waiting in the car for the officer to receive medical and the initial talking in the station I decided that I would just stay and play out the situation as it seemed to be quite fun roleplay or it was for me at least, I was then taken into the fingerprint room and told to stand against the wall to take my photo, I kept moving out the way just as he was about to take the photo to annoy the police a little bit, I don't know if he could've restrained me at all like at the feet so I couldn't move but he didn't he let me roam around as he said in roleplay "I thought you were in a rush - I Don't care I've got all the time in the world" Which I didn't respond to at the time but this was hinting at the /LOOC message which is out of roleplay. We then went back into the fingerprint room where he went onto his PNC then his Phone and then found my name which is the confusing part for me as we were in a local car at the time of the situation and the police officer doesn't personally know me. I then asked him how he got my name and he said I'm known to the police which I wouldn't say I'm particularly am, I don't know how he got my name or even guessed it to be honest. After the situation of being booked through and given 600 months for stabbing him which I did think was excessive but I suppose I wasn't the best prisoner so obviously he isn't going to be lenient, We went to QE where I asked him how did he obtain my name and he said that he didn't want to tell me as it would ruin the immersive experience and then I reiterated that we are OOC and I couldn't use any information within the city, He still didn't want to tell me. Scott a admin joined the QE and was listening so he took the police officer to the Churchill room and must've questioned how he got it and he told the admin that he identified me using the vehicle I showed upto pillbox in which was my Rolls Royce looking car ( I can't remember the name of the car) and it is currently parked at the sanitation jobs before I stole the local car and took the man to pillbox, He then said he got a dispatch earlier to something to do with that car and I was driving however I had just pulled it out maybe 30 minutes prior to the situation and I was just driving about with my friend seeing if there was anything to do before flying out.

I'm just confused on how he got my name and ID'd me, I feel like this was power gaming even though he could've just fingerprinted me and got my information or even just asked me and I would've told him he didn't which ruined the roleplay experience for me even after the initial situation we ID'D me in whatever way I then sat in the cell for about 20-30 Minutes without a word being said to me about charges or asking If i wanted any food or water just no roleplay what so ever which wasn't fun for me.

As discussed with the admin. You ID was sourced by viable police means. This would be the 3rd interaction I would have had with you within an hour. I do not want to/wish to communicate how I sourced your ID as this would be Metagaming. As explained by the staff last night. You’re claiming that I used your session ID to my advantage and sourced your name. Which I’m unsure if this is even possible. As you said yourself, I could have gained your ID from many easier means, so I don’t understand why you’re taking this so deep.
Power gaming is using a feature or information to my advantage which could cause you to be at a disadvantage or give me an unfair advantage.
If you want to call the Police and there assets/tools ‘powergaming’ then you going to find your unhappy with most of your interactions with the police when your a known OCG member.

I don’t know how many times I / Staff need to explain to you. I’m not a liberty to discuss to you what means I had to be able to ID you. That would be a rule break in its self. if you decided to stay within the VC last night staff were attempting to explain this to you. But you up and left, and proceeded to report.

I saw seen with the same person does not ID me as we were in his car, Fair enough if you cannot tell me how you did ID me but I'd like the staff to decide this,.

So after the liason the explanation to me does seem reasonable. If you have been spotted in your own car at some point and if you are known to police wether thats him personally or the police as whole. Either way you never really know when the police are watching you and you never really know who the police are sometimes.

So from the video, explanation and the reasonings given. I do not think there is any powergaming going on here. I also dont believe there is any way they can use sessionheads to obtain your name against that. So, i would suggest if you do need to go then just go before you get yourself into something like this.
