Please (in detail) describe the incident: Early today a incident occured that led up to ballas and 229 starting a beef. After the 18:00 storm ballas woke up to fight 229, they ended up pushing our turf and a shootout took place.

I was sat up on one of the apartments having a shootout with 229, when all of the sudden one of the 229 members comes rushing in and we start shooting each other. I get a bad view at first so I jump down to the same level as him and keep fighting, after a few bullets he can be seen ''Speedboosting'' and then killing me right after. Which I'm pretty sure is classified as an exploit on this server.
