Player ID 649 is obviously encouraging another player to break a rule and also exploiting by logging out to reset their timer. He is already permanently banned for another rulebreak, however this will be added to his record. 

Player ID 750 will be permanently banned for exploiting by reseting their timer, in order to gain more time to be revived.
