Please (in detail) describe the incident: A dispatch came in of someone selling drugs so i went down to watch when i saw player 646 selling i went to arrest him he tried to run into a local vehicle where the local pulled him out he was placed into cuffs, He then disappears after waiting for him, he returned to be search and then when about to go into police car he disappeared again on both of these incidents he did not reach out to me in public police or Normal. Did not reach out either time
