Please (in detail) describe the incident: 2lads ran decoy over so we dealt with them and they kept chatting alot so we decided to dump them as all morning they have been harassing him trying to run him over. Once dealt with and in the cars we were gonna take them to get dumped and then they combalogged.

I've a question if I may, did 66 disappear as well? 

From your clip I only see 64 "poofing". 
I am curious to know if 66 disappeared as well, was he revived, was he dumped?
