Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello, tis me again.

Long story short, there was a baldy outside of pillbox that punched NHS, so we chased him and he jumped in our car.

We're not mad about the car theft, more mad about the fact that after we threatened him, he drove the car off the end of the pier and then was chased by us.

We knocked him down, which was a fair reaction given his RP (based on our group), and he combat logged almost instantly after being downed.

I opened a Discord ticket to find his session ID, sorry if it's wrong.
