Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were attempting to rob the bank and officer Matt lothbrok came into the the vault and I thought I had been caught but he didn't seem bothered about finding me then I attempted to hold him up and when doing so it looks like he presses his panic button and then draws his rifle on us whilst we were in melee range.

I do not see how this is a NVL at all. You are one person with a machete and I have a rifle on my chest. I can either choose to fight or put my hands up. As I believed I had an advantage; assault rifle vs a machete, I pulled out my rifle and start firing shots. I'm not sure what you mean by me pressing my panic as I clearly did not, however, at 22 seconds you can see my feet moving but my character stays in the same spot as I had a lagspike, I'm guessing this is where you thought I pressed my panic? At the end of the day, in roleplay, it a highly trained police officer with a fully automatic rifle on his chest, and a gang member with a machete. To be honest, I do not understand this report at all, but I'll let staff decide what they think.

To me it seemed like NVL as you didn't have your weapon out at the time of me attempting to hold you up so not sure really, i'll let staff action it as they see fit from here then.

Hello @xRy4nCx, Hope you're doing well today. Thank you for making this player report.

After reviewing the footage, from my understanding it seems as if you are attempting to possibly rob the pacific bank? and @Matt Stones arrives on scene to investigate. You then jump out from your hiding spot and first attempt to run away but when you realise he runs right for the deposit boxes you turn around, take a machete out and approach him before attempting to hold him up. Your fellow gang member also joins you but he is unarmed at that moment. Mr Lothbrok then takes the gun off his chest and attempts to run away/ get distance in order to fight yourself.

Now onto the alleged NVL rule break on @Matt Stones . I can see your point of view where you had the gun on your chest and @xRy4nCxhas a knife, gun outranks knife in terms of lethality, however Ryan clearly catches you off guard and is able to fully approach you, stand right beside you and tell you to place your hands up, now if this was in real life it would probably have been him holding the knife by your neck and any sudden movement could end in yourself being incapacitated however due to in game mechanics @xRy4nCxwas not able to replicate this. This could have ended in a very fun roleplay scenario for both sides had you placed your hands up. If Ryans friend would have been armed with a knife too this would have been clear NVL however in this scenario it is not so clear cut as I do see your point of view of gun outranking knife and you genuinely thought you had a chance to retaliate. After this being said I will be issuing @Matt Stoneswith a warning for NVL, in future value your life and allow for interesting and fun roleplay scenarios to take place
