Please (in detail) describe the incident: Ran into me in the middle of the road no previous altercation, left me close to death, i asked him what the problem was and he run me down again to finish me off then drove off

Do you have a longer video? I would like to see atleast a few minutes before the incident to determain if it is actually random or not.

Alright, due to the lack of 3-5 minutes worth of footage to provide more context to whether it was random and the clip has now been deleted accidentally, I will have to deny this Report a Player!
