What best describes this incident ?: Breaking Character and Combat logging
Please (in detail) describe the incident: An NSC member had been taken by the accused. Upon searching for them and finding their car, 629 was downed and 792 under a different ID fled.
792 was seen going downstream so bushes were being searched in the area when one of our members hit something in the bush, upon checking said bush again, nothing was seen and it was assumed that 729 had combat logged to avoid being found. After some time he began chatting in OOC making other accusations that I am sure will be mentioned here at some stage but he can take those up in a separate report if he believes so strongly on his claims. I do not have any footage of 792s combat log but I would like to request an admin review the logs for this if it is possible.
629 after being downed was taken away and was being spoken to, on numerous occasions he kept breaking character and talking about discord, people playing games and other things you can see in the clip provided. I left as it was getting out of hand but apparently, he made further homophobic comments and clips of this may be posted by another member of our group shortly.
An effort was made to ask both to come to discord to have a chat because it appears they have taken something very personally and unfortunately; they did not attend so this could not be discussed

Clip 2 which unfortunately shows nothing I would deem helpful, will show the conversation leading up to what we believe to be 792s combat log at around 23:30
