Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was robbing some guy on triad turf for his drugs. His friend '624' Then comes and VDM'S me he even visited me in hospital after spitting on me. I wish i continued my OBS recording. I don't normally report but this time i thought i would because he showed no RP. I can't hear my microphone for some reason must of had it muted on the OBS side but wasn't in game. Even though voice is not needed as he clearly hit me?

Hello @RichieRichUK,

Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in processing your report. Now onto the report itself. You have reported this individual for VDM, I would like to point out that VDM is not a server rule, however RVDM is. See the following definition:

(G1.1) Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (Running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered RVDM.

In this instance there is a valid Roleplay reason for running you over, that being you had his buddy at gunpoint, to which the reported player in question saw the events unfolding from the get-go as can be seen in your video. 

It is due to the aforementioned that I will be declining this report
