Good afternoon @owennev, thank you for making this report!

I've had a look into this for you and matched the video up with some logs, I am inclined to agree that the NVL rule has been broken throughout this scenario.
The player in question had multiple guns aimed at him and was given clear demands to which he decided to go ahead and stab you knowing full well there are others in the car holding guns at him too which in turn would mean he did not value his life or the repercussions of his actions. 

Due to the above, I will be actioning this report with the following today:
