Please (in detail) describe the incident: i took a taxi one time he drove us for about 20 seconds locked the car also charged 10,000$ for a 20 second ride, pointed a knife at us so i called the police. ever since hes been following me with a group of 2 or 3 people and killing me non stop

Of what you mentioned here it does indeed seem like there is some form of revenge going on here. He came back after you.
