Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and three mates found 616 in a clothing shop got him to put his hands up took him to a quite place all four of us surrounded him all had weapons drawn out told him to drop the gun and his smoothies he dropped the smoothies and run and shot us all

tried to resolve in discord with Stuart present to where 616 said he could do that as he had a gun and accused me of power gaming

Firstly, you claim that "All four of us surrounded him all had weapons drawn" which is clearly untrue with the evidence you yourself provided. Watching the video you can tell you were poorly armed, one of your mates even asks if you've got any weapons "everyone get ready and have knives out. Do you both have knives or something?" he also says "come over here with a machete or anything" desperate, and aware they're unprepared.

-There was two weapons present (machete & knuckle dusters), and I was only aware of the machete since knuckle dusters are difficult to see and share animations with normal fists.

My character feared for his life and respected the machete, you however did not keep it on me, removing the only threat and gave me an opportunity to fight back. You f***ed up and should've been better prepared.

Secondly, you did not try to resolve anything in Discord, after you were done talking with Stuart you completely disregarded my presence and all left. I was the last one to leave, confused that the talk ended abruptly without any final words exchanged.

Thirdly, as I explained when you first joined the Discord call, taking advantage of the fact I'm in a menu and can't move my character/retaliate to kidnap me is powergaming. Furthermore to put "616 said he could do that as he had a gun" is incredibly dishonest which I'm sure Stuart can attest to. I explained to you in detail my thought process, my characters thought process and the reasons why I felt as though no rules where broken. Except for when you broke character after being downed "wow he's not allowed to do that bro" (also include in the evidence you provided)

(G1.5) Powergaming - Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win. Example: Roleplaying superpowers, roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services, sealing buildings with cars to prevent entrance of other players, using knowledge of the rules within roleplay.

I never once broke character during our situation its just clear that you value your items more than your life.

This sentence is nonsensical, the latter of the sentence is written as an explanation for the former part but they are two separate occasions.

I've asked a staff about this exact clothing store scenario & similar situations such as purchasing a car (back in the day when it was different) and he told me it was powergaming. Guess it depends on the staff and exact scenario, case-by-case basis and all that.

Okay do not get why you took screenshots of the video when the admins will review it properly anyways, its clear on the video we was all surrounded you with weapons out does not matter what weapons they was you was at a disadvantage four vs one. 

Now to the discord chat you joined and so did the other three involved you said what all the other three heard you say you can do that as you had a gun and claimed that we was power-gaming, so that is when i jumped on OOC in game and asked for a admin to join what i think two did Stuart and another and i asked was we power-gaming by taking you out of a clothing shop he said no its not a rule break its just a bit shitty.

And also for the breaking character if you listen from the start of the clip from where i was talking to you telling you if you do not comply you will be f***ked up and threw in the pool to the end where the other guy said you cant do that just clear its two different people talking i apply and follow by the rules. 

Ill leave the rest for the staff to decide what they would like to do.

Let's get to it, 

You are surrounded by four people, yes they dropped their guard however the only reason you were able to do what you did was simply because the prop that appears when you drop an item is a box and in any realistic scenario you would be able to see the weapon appear on the ground. From what I see here is a very clear win mentality, and instead of taking the RP of being robbed, you took your chances. I know you won that situation but again I feel like it just proves my point further. Next time take the RP, it is an RP server after all.
