Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on a covert patrol when i stopped to get some fuel at strawberry gas. This guy came upto me in a tesla and told me he stole it and asked me to remove the tracker. I told him no and he started to try run me over. I shot him downing him and placed him into cuffs. I Called another unit to me to assist in taking him to hospital to process the arrest when he combat logged.
