Please (in detail) describe the incident: NSC are currently beefing with Cutlass they posted a photo of our turf on tweedled so we rushed back and got attacked by a Cutless member with without any RP (we do not have any war agreements) i got downed and some of the other boys shot him, i got revived by NSH that showed up the NHS got him up and he had 8 guns being pointed at him and he was being told to put his hands up he did not for nearly a min and then he pulled a weapon out after dropping everything but his weapon. i called him to discord waited about 20 mins with no response and did a last call and he didn't show up. I can provide screen shots of me calling him to discord if needed.

First off, I have nothing to do with Cutlass, and the only reason you know me is from a few tweedle tweets and run-ins. Secondly, I had just peered out the window and noticed approximately five or six cars pull up, and I was fearing for my life in the bedroom with a sledgehammer. I had already made up my mind to swing for the first person that ran into the door. 

In the video, I choose to cooperate at the very last second, although I erred by pulling out my sledgehammer after you requested it. Even though I had eight guns pointing at me and couldn't do anything, you were quite fast to shoot. I placed my hand up with the full idea of complying.

Yes, I agree that this is a complete violation of the rules, but I was heated and angry due to the medic not roleplaying anything and healing me. In the case of the medic, which you have edited out of the clip, I became quite irate when he revived me without saying a word or acting the part.

I think you would require an operation or something similar to continue role playing if you were shot numerous times in the body and brain. By choosing not to value my life over the eight weapons pointed at me, I elected to breach the rules myself. Due to certain family concerns at the time, I put off trying to sort this issue. About 20 to 30 minutes later, i asked to join discord. After we had already joined Discord, about 10 individuals decided to join and trash me without trying to settle the conflict. When I joined the call, so many individuals were talking and being rude that I couldn't even get a word out. If this situation could be resolved in discord with just one person I am happy to do so. 

Sorry for rude to the medic in ooc i was extremely angry and should've chose other ways to get my word across.

Ok regardless of you being cutlass or not you posted a tweedle saying comfy baiting us to come to our turf and look so as we come in and look you straight up swing for Q which is the person who made this report, 2nd you said not all gangsters are scared of guns so you NVL and didn't throw your hands up even though there was multiple guns pointed at you then after that situation was done you came back with more friends didn't say a word to interact just straight RDM me and a few others I even have a clip of that to.

I did say this as all you say is hands up before you shoot etc, irl not all people will be scared of dying to being shotr especially if they just got revived by a medic. So after being shot and being revived by magic I would think it would happen again. 

RDM me and a few others I even have a clip of that to.

I'm 100% sure I wasn't involved in hitting anyone. Plus this isn't to discuss here its a different sitaution with other people involved.

So I've reviewed the footage and I can't say for certain that this player RDM'd you due to the clip not being long enough. As per the Report a Player guidelines, we require 3-5 minutes worth of footage before the initial rule break occurs.

Onto the NVL part - In the footage provided, I would say that @Alex_C failed to value his life as he was just stood there talking to you lot when there was at least 8+ weapons aimed at him, but surely enough he did start to value his life. However, when he brought the sledgehammer out to possibly ROLEPLAY dropping the item, I would say that you lot were certainly too quick to fire as even in your own footage @Alex_Cpulls it out and stands there for 1-2 seconds before being shot gunned, he could've took a swing but I couldn't see it going that way.

I have a few questions which I will state below;

Firstly, @TRICKISHFLAMECan you explain why you were downed by the reported player at 23:11, revived at 23:15 and continued the situation which caused you to be downed to where you downed the reported player at 23:20?

Also, when you are initially downed by @Alex_Cyou screamed 'Kill them!' hardly roleplaying your own injuries from being hit by a sledge hammer.

Secondly, @IMaGiiKsICan you explain why you're providing 0 RP to the downed party?

Hello there, sorry i hadnt seen this until now, the downed party in question the one not valuing his life, i had revived with roleplay, it wasnt just a instant revive like he seems to say it was and how it may seem. I felt that i had done what i could have based on everything given too me at the scene.

Here is my story of the events.

I turned up orginally too a person on the outside who had been hurt, i roleplayed my role and helped him back onto his feet (not sure who that one was)  but based on the infomation given by him and the questions i asked him when giving treatment both parties were happy with the roleplay. Once i started to leave i usally do my checks and ask if anyone else has been hurt and they told me that a guy upstairs had been downed and that a guy downstairs had been hurt after both was tresspassing on there turf and that both had been beaten so i went upstairs and saw him lying on the ground. At first there wasnt any guns pulled out so i wasnt threated and initiated my roleplay, i did my usual checks and asked him what happened and introduced myself, he didnt respond too me after asking and didnt do any form of /me roleplay back as most do when there unresponsive or unconcious etc.

So from that i moved on the second form which is I usually ask the witnesses and people around which all said the same that he was beaten, so going from the infomation provided i then treated the downed party based on being beaten as i was only going from what little infomation i had, i did roleplay the situation and did treat him for bruises and cuts as thats customery when dealing with beatings i also said it all outloud as i do with everything unless using /me for more serious injuries which i didnt feel the need as the other party wasnt using it, sadly i couldnt give a extended drawn out roleplay experience as he wasnt replying too me and nobody had told me any diffrent, i turned up after all the gunfights etc, so i had no idea what had happened apart from the infomation given too me.

I didnt feel that based on the infomation that was given too me that his injuries were severe enough to warrent me giving him 15-20 mins worth of roleplay as i would normally do if the victims had been shot or stabbed and it didnt help the situation that he wasnt responding too me, and as you can see in the clip he didnt really respond to them either. while this situation was going on i stood at the back of the room as instructed so i wouldnt get hurt (which you hear me say in the video clip). After they had shot him again i was instructed to leave as they was going to deal with him, i then went backdownstairs helped that second person up who had also been beaten with similar roleplay, only diffence was this guy was responsive and responded to my questions and even thanked me afterwards. I then left the scene with everyone happy with the incident and moved on.

If the affected party felt my roleplay wasnt sufficent enough then i do apologise, i do strive too try my best based on what infomation is given too me at the time as its all i have to go from. I've been in the NHS for well over 6+ months and never had any complaints about my medic roleplay before and thought that it was sufficent enough based on all the factors involved.

As ive just been informed he wasnt happy then i 100% apologise to the affected party and promise to try to do better if put into that situation again, everything is something i can learn from and mistakes like this can happen. I can only strive too make the roleplay better in the future and apologise too all involved.

I agree i could've put some /mes in there but if a person is unresponsive then I believe they should be treated as unresponsive not "potentially unresponsive".

From my POV this seems like a total lie. If you/other parties have a clip of this it would be appreciated to help with my understanding. Because from my POV you walked in with guns out aiming at me/you and didn't say a word.

I've been in the NHS for well over 6+ months and never had any complaints about my medic roleplay before and thought that it was sufficent enough based on all the factors involved.

I have no concerns about the quality of roleplay, just its absence. I would anticipate that a doctor would attempt to cure my wounds or declare me dead, etc.

I have had 100% quality roleplay from this medic a few times before so I don't doubt the quality role play you can provide.

Lets get this report sorted then.

As I stated before, It is hard to see grounds for RDM due to the length of the clip. However, I can see where @Alex_Cfailed to value his life against numerous NSC members with firearms aimed at him, despite actually valuing his life a few moment later. I'm not sure why Alex_C pulled out the sledge hammer but he did not attempt to swing and hit anyone with it which would make this a clear breach of NLR. I do believe that @TRICKISHFLAMEwas too quick to shoot his shotgun.

In regards to the NHS worker giving virtually zero roleplay and just reviving Alex_C on the spot, this is not on. This is a Roleplay server, you can't just enter a room, press Caps Wheel and revive a downed patient. NHS, LSPS, G6, Solicitors etc should be providing High Quality Roleplay at all times and this was far from it.

I have left this report open for a while and tagged @TRICKISHFLAMEto answer a question for me but has failed to do so. I will be moving forward with this report. Rhy Quinn gets downed by @Alex_C at 23:11, revived at 23:15 and @TRICKISHFLAME downs Alex_C with a shotgun at 23:20. This is a clear Breach of G4.5 New Life Rule (Downed).
