What best describes this incident: Random Deathmatch
Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was parked up outside Auto Exotic on routine patrol whilst my colleague was in the repair shop (probably getting his daily freebies / chatting). I observed a black sultan go through the red light in front of my marked vehicle, whilst another player was clearly stopped at the red light. I therefore attempted to stop the vehicle. Vehicle made off, no opportunity to speak to driver or hear any words said to me. Shortly they decamped and shot. I believe they broke the following rules:

Rule G1.2 Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)

Rule G7.5 When the Police put on their sirens lights to pull you over to attend a scene this does not mean RP has been initiated on their point, if you shoot without engaging in RP then this is classed as RDM.

I called them out for RDM in LOOC, but no reply. Did not ask to liaise as clear cut RDM.

Hello Staff and people involved in the situation I am the Firearms officer who was also chasing this suspect.

In my personal opinion this was just really poor, Our characters had no prior interaction and no words were spoken, then all of a sudden we are being shot at after pulling them over for speeding.~

EDIT: I also have a 5 Minute clip if needed to show nothing had happened prior.

Good afternoon all

I was id 60 involved in this situation I would firstly like to start of with explaining the lead up to this event.

To start me and 146 decided to go out and rob a member of the police we found one near pillbox but as we arrived there was an ongoing shoot out so we minded out the way for it to clear up and lockpicked the police car and stole it.

Next I had a phone call of someone trying to buy my plastic that I had up on marketplace we drove to my container in the police car . I met the buyer at my container and got the plastic out then a suspicious sultan pulled up we didn't know who it was neither did the buyer so we assumed it was possibly police so obviously I ran away but I didn't get chased. Then I had a phone call from the person who was buying my plastic and he informed me that they had a big shootout and I was requested to come back and pick up bodies to get rid of evidence and any sort of bodycam footage , however we believed one police officer made it away from the situation which would of been able to tie us to that location ( were my container was ) . Following this event we took 2 injured police officers away to take them to a doggy doctor however we provided them with medical RP was going to get some bandages ect but they didn't seem to reciprocate this and took it into there own hands and RP there death. ( I don't have the whole situation on clip but I have the last bit )

Next up following this situation I thought that my container was compromised so I proceeded by grabbing all my illegal equipment and move them to a different location to store them away. On my way to the next storage location we started to get chased by police which at the time we thought we were id from the storage container shootout .

So as you can see there was a lot leading up to this event to make us believe that this was apart of the ongoing situation.

To respond to when u called us out in LOOC we couldn't respond that fast it was a heat of the moment thing and a ongoing situation . I would of hoped you asked us to join QE a little bit later on to talk about this further and if you are still wiling to go to QE with us that would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your story. But I'm not sure how it justifies the shooting that you're being reported for.

The shooting must have happened at 15:05 as this is when one of the attending officers presses their panic button. I have a screenshot from my recording at 15:35 showing an officer attached to that panic. Bare in mind I logged on around 15:30.

You say that you take them up to a dodgy doctor after this, and then show yourselves dumping them in the water in the Paleto area. This must have taken you some time to get up there, perform the RP and come back.

You're then noticed by myself running a red light at 14:40.

No contact had been made between you and the police since you killed them at 15:05, whilst you were attempting to revive and then dumping them, returning to your container to get more items. But 40 minutes after you decide its okay to consider that it is the same situation?

I've got timestamped footage showing that 10 minutes before your interaction, no police had engaged with you (well, calling up on radio that they had - which they would have)

I don't think your explanation is worthy enough to justify shooting without saying anything. You had evaded police attention for a whole 40 minutes
 
I'm willing to go into QE about this, what I will say is that.

1) You had dumped 2 officers (One of them being me) so my knowledge of anything in relation to YOU or anything that happened was gone.
2) The officer who pulled you over (@M) had logged on after the dumping even happened, leaving him with ZERO knowledge of what had happened either

Bill simply pulled you over for a simple traffic violation nearly 40 Minutes after the situation had finished, which led to a 1 minute chase ending in both of us being shot without any prior roleplay.

as far as this goes ^ even though it isn't relevant not much medical RP was provided plus I'd been shot in the face with a revolver I wasn't going to be surviving that.

Also It may have seemed like an "ongoing" situation for you guys as you had been moving stuff away from that container sure but in reality a lot of time had passed from the shooting and the dumping, the situation concluded when the 2 officers that were in that sultan died and "respawned" with no knowledge of what had happened.

Also I wasn't going to comment on it but the guy who had been shot and "incapacitated" giving callouts hardly seems to make sense to me. (From the container shooting)
