I leave the drugdealer in Kavala, and an SUV full of people start chasing me. They make several attempts to stop my truck with their vehicle (VDM) and when the chase comes to an end at the ATM, they tell me to put my hands up. I don't comply, and they shot me. I know that complying would have probably saved my life, but even if I had done that, they would have shot me before I could have turned away from the ATM and put my hands up. They naturally wanted to prevent me from putting the money in the ATM, so they could pick them up. I'm not completely sure whether the RDM/poor roleplay that lead to my death is in fact serious enough to ban anybody, but the VDM part is a clear violation in my eyes.
I tried contacting Poke in OOC, but he never replied.

Report approved - ban issued for RDM

The evidence you had for him VDM'ing you is a bit questionable, it doesn't really seem like his intention to ram you. As for the RDM, you can see him running up to you saying 'hands up hands up' without him having a weapon. There was no reason to take his first threat serious. With his second threat he gave you less than 3 seconds to react to it, which is insufficient. Instead of roleplaying with you in order to get the money anyway, he decided to shoot you.
