Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friend were robbing someone outside the casino when two men approached on a motorbike, they attempted to hands us up in which I moved to the side and pulled out a firearm and shot them both as they were both distracted aiming at my friend. Once I shot them both I then put them in a car and took them to a discreet location to dispose of them.

They then asked to come QE in which they said we broke NVL. This is untrue because in the clip they were both aiming at my friend, at the precise moment I take a step to the side so I could sneakily draw my firearm and shoot them. Yes the driver pointed his shotgun at me but by that time my gun was already drawn and firing. They also spoke several times in which both me and my friend asked eachother how they were still able to talk considering their injuries, they brought this up in QE stating that it is a rule break and they had permission to speak despite the circumstances.

After QE, I had a gut feeling that they would metagame due to their behaviour. In which I saw officers already there assessing their injuries and then an NHS member later arrived after the clip. I asked them one last time to come to QE so we could sort out the issue instead of escalating it further in which 598 responded "im good ". I then left the scene.

1st clip is the situation at casino, 2nd clip is me putting them in the car in which after the clip I drove to the discreet location and dumped them however this was not caught on clip, and 2rd and last clip was after the QE I went back to the area and found people there helping them.

Hello mate,

I am one of the people in the report, my main reason for calling you to Liaison was from our POV you must of been lagging like crazy

However, i am quite confused as to what you are reporting us for?
Are you reporting us for meta gaming because you witnessed us get saved ?
If thats the case, unfortunately i have no Evidence to provide from my POV of me being saved, however we was saved by 2 police officers, one being @Paruhopefully himself and the other officer who arrived at the scene might be able to provide some evidence that will convince you that there was no meta gaming involved.

Hello! I don't have any footage personally that I can use at the moment, however Andrew Wyatt who i've pinged in Discord might have.

In essence the other officer of whomst was conducting surveilance in the area witnessed a Black VW Golf GTI pull up to the damn and two nominals get out of the vehicle one of which had a firearm, at which point I started making my way to the dam from another scene to assist him to reduce any exposure the LSPS might've had (RP Exposure that is, reduced risks basically) at which point he watched you dump both Ian and his friend out of the vehicle and on to the floor and then attempt to push them into the water (Poor attempt can't lie) once I arrived the other officer came down from the cliff he was on and we began to recover both these individuals - In essence, no metagaming involved, radio comms were provided by Andrew Wyatt (The other officer) and NHS was notified via a Dispatch given to them from that officer.

I was the other officer involved in the "rescue" part of this scenario, I had no involvement in what hapended at the Casino. There was no meta involved, I was in the area conducting surveilance as part of my duties within CID. I spotted a black car that parked up, unloaded two individuals then preceeded to push them off the cliff. I radioed for assistance then met up with the other officer who had arrived on scene, located the two persons and radioed for NHS.

I record ALL of my gameplay whilst on the server and will send my footage directly to Slawek as I don't want it to be viewable publicly for various reasons but I will share these screenshots in an attempt to be as transparent as possible to the other parties involved.

Sorry if this comes across as rude, but I am confused on who is being reported and why.

Now, it doesn't make sense to me why two crims being dumped would metagame to Police? How would they achieve this?

The people being reported are 598 and his friend. If the officers involved were genuinely carrying out "surveillance errands" then fair enough, however it is a coincidence that no footage from their POV has been provided.

If the cops were doing surveillance errands, how have the other two metagamed?

I did not know the cops were doing surveillance until I was told in this post, however bodycam footage of them doing so should be provided.

Surely if you're reporting me and my friend for meta, the other 2 would have also been in breach of the rule so this is already not making sense. 

Can I also ask why you used your car to push us further down the hillside? I could be wrong but I believe this sort of thing should NOT be done. 

Either way I'll let staff deal with this from this point on and won't be replying further.

I am still very confused why this is even a report.

I do not believe that @Paru (Who hates gangs, whether thats only an IC thing I'll let yous decide) and @Andrew Wyattboth CID Police Officers would come to the aid of gang members whom tried to rob you. Sure, they'll probably want their guns and arrest them possibly even raid their houses....who knows...but yeah, I'm confused.

Can I also ask why you used your car to push us further down the hillside? I could be wrong but I believe this sort of thing should NOT be done. 

I don't see evidence of this @Gekz. @Bobby BarbarianIf you have done this, be careful whilst doing this as it can be deemed exploiting. Although, there is no footage to tell and show the context.
