After This They Both Came To Pillbox and took everyones phone's and radio's

 would have already been 5 minutes resitating , and the way i got downed was because i wasn't wearing my seat-belt, went through front windshield and got ran over . Also The Player i was trying to pick up had been RDMED by id :383 - 579's Friend

@H4MZ4I have reviewed the footage that you have provided, although what happened to you is not great, without sound I am unable to tell if this guy said something to you prior or if he did not and that's where I have a problem. 

Due to the above this will be denied, please in future have sound so that it can be made clear.
