Please (in detail) describe the incident: Mara and hustlers have had an ongoing conflict for the past few days, we ended up fighting at Clinton Fuel. as I'm running up the road I stop to talk to a dead Mara (573) we exchange words (clip 1 him dead on the floor), then about 5 minutes later I die. About 10 minutes later 2 marabunta came to scoop me and one of them is 573. I called him out in looc telling him he shouldn't have returned (clip 2-3).

The day before this took place he was warned by staff for doing the same thing and called to QE for NLR and picking up bodies, this is a repeat of the same situation and I don't believe he is following staff instructions.

Hi there

I got downed as you see on your clip that is me in the blue jacket i end up in pill box 10 plus minutes ( unsure of exact amount although staff will be able to check in logs) after being downed which would mean you where already downed for 5 plus minutes.

i then come out of pillbox and hang around there for nearly 15 minutes which would mean you where downed for 15 minutes me and 2 other members then pick up a member of mara on the motorway next to casino drive back near pillbox to which i ask on radio and also the member i picked up who never got downed if there is any hustlers left alive and whats happening which i get a response all hustlers are down and police are scooping bodies.

Now to which me and 3 others in my car driven by me towards the general area where the combat had taken place which was over with so no combat was taking place when i went back which i was over my 15 minute cool down from being healed from pillbox

• You have been given medical treatment and must continue to roleplay your injuries with the medical treatment in mind.
• When you are being treated by a medic, you must be mindful that you have just been injured and you must not just run off after you have been revived unless there is a strong role play reason to do so.

• Due to your injuries, you must not enter any combat situation until at least 15 minutes have passed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat, in which case you must still role play your injuries.
• Due to your injuries, you must not re-enter the combat situation that caused you to be downed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat. Deliberately placing yourself in a position that would re-enter you into that combat situation is not allowed.
  
  the rule clearly states i cant return to the combat situation that caused me to be downed which was not the case today as the combat had been finished with . I then go searching for mara bodies which i retrieved 2 thankfully and when i got to clinton 1 of my members said there is 1 over here its a hustler and puts you in my boot i then take you to sandy pillbox which you conveniently left out along with my members and take you in so you get saved as i wasn't sure by you being in my car being allowed or not so i made it right in my mind.
  
  i also got @ in looc from 770 asking me to qe about it which i did and when i @770 in looc to let that person know i was in qe waiting to which they replied something along the lines of it doesn't matter now. which leads me to believe that this is a revenge report due to a couple reports being put up by a member of mara not long before this report.

  I did not get pulled by staff for this rule the previous day nor warned about this rule it was a completely different rule i was pulled along with others for so please dont get it twisted. Erik from hustlers asked me to qe about it which was resolved in qe under 3 staff supervision. to which all involved where happy to leave it in qe.
  
  I have said all i need to on this matter and im happy for staff to review it and do what feels fit.

Rather lengthy response. We could go back and fourth here, James. You have directly admitted to forcing yourself back into a situation which led you to be downed and incapacitated. We covered this at great lengths yesterday during our conversation. Jason Phillips is an example of a hustler who wasn't downed during the situation and was actively driving around looking for mara to try clean up the fight. You coming back directly to pick up a body and dispose of it integrates you into the fight, you know for a fact if bullets were sent your way you would've returned fire. This can't be helped as you shouldn't be in the area to begin with. You're group have been spoken to previously by members of hustlers and staff themselves regarding this, we weren't bothered on reporting it but believe it's necessary as you continue to do so.

As for your claim of not wanting to resolve it, it had nothing to do with the fact we have been reported. I'm certain all messages you're referring to occurred before the report, it was merely to find out you're reasoning for continuing to break the rules, however once you had placed me in a boot you're intentions seemed somewhat clear, saying this you decided to take me hospital which I found puzzling.

That isn't a rule break going by the rule i copy and pasted in my previous reply I will repeat it for you incase you didn't see it . Due to your injuries, you must not re-enter the combat situation that caused you to be downed, unless an aggressor forces you into combat. Deliberately placing yourself in a position that would re-enter you into that combat situation is not allowed.

I did not enter a combat zone as it was finished Therefor no combat taking place any more. I got told it was over with which it was as there was only police about when i was looking for bodies. I did not see anyone else.

You coming back directly to pick up a body and dispose of it

I did not come back to scoop hustlers it was to save my members.
I said il get rid of him to my members so they did not stop me taking you pillbox I already explained why I done this In my previous reply.

I feel everything has been covered let's not make it an essay for staff to go over.

I didn't miss it as I'm not ignorant you are asking questions to which I've covered in previous replies making this Lengthy as you stated . I've covered everything now I won't be responding. Unless staff require me too.

So, whilst i take a look into it and whilst i decide if i want to look at the whole fight at clinton with every single person involved. I think its worth saying, i believe you are mis-reading that rule. It stated the same combat situation that caused you to be down. It does not say "The same combat situation that is still a combat situation".

If you are returning to the fight that you were downed in, wether you 'deem' it active or not. Is not a decision you can make. Because i can guarantee if you two sides were to see each other at that same spot you would not look at each other and be friendly would you. If you return to the place you were downed getting back involved by choice which collecting bodies definitely would be. The point is, if you have been downed in one scenario. You as a character are out of that fight essentially. If you then go back to collect your people you are clearly not out of the fight causing an unfair advantage.

So, please decide between yourselves and everyone else involved if you want me to continue with this report or you want to resolve it away from here. Please let me know as soon as you can.

I was speaking in Discord but to no one involved in the situation I was in a private call with someone who does not play the server but plays fiveM, I don't see how this is relevant.
