Please (in detail) describe the incident: ZK's are currently in a beef with Aztecas. There are no war rules in place and KOS/RVDM is not allowed per the rules of the server. I was trying to sell my car at City Hall when I spotted Aztecas drive by. I announce this over radio and start moving myself to a safer location before I'm then rammed with no interaction by Matthew Labile's car. I'm disappointed in the lack of high-quality roleplay from the leader of a whitelisted gang and the obviously intentional RVDM was used to create an unfair advantage and limit my options so that Aztecas could immediately place themselves in a position to hands me. Situations like these have been common from the interactions I've had with them and after being taken away in zipties, I was shot and dumped and it doesn't seem very progressive to the roleplay. To me, it shows a fragging and winning mentality and it's a shame that creating enjoyable experiences is at the back of their mind in scenarios such as this.

Good morning fellow role-player, can I first ask did you write this whole report or did somebody help you? or write it for you as I seen your unban appeal and compared to this there is a remarkable difference not only in grammar but punctuation etc.

Anyway I hope your well, I wanna just start by saying I didn't mean to run you over I tried to cut off your running path but unfortunately due to the weather conditions tied in with the fact I was off road I couldn't slow down in time and the collision happened, at the time I was glad I hadn't killed you as that would've definitely been frustrating not only for yourself but for ourselves to as we did want to take you captive and needed you alive for that.

Can I also ask why you didn't try to liaise or chat about this or anything but go straight to a report, of course you are more than allowed to I would just like to understand your thought process on why you didn't want a chat or even come to an understanding before reporting?

As you can see in the video, there was no attempt to slow down or swerve and you hit me directly. After watching it back, it looks intentional. If I wasn't wearing armor, I would have died.

Good evening, I can see you're uninterested in answering my questions and only wanting to paint a picture of me running you over so I'm going to leave it at this. I did try and slow down, I was trying to cut you off. You're running and I'm off road. I wasn't trying to hit you, that would be the opposite of what we needed which is you to be alive for a hostage situation. The conditions mixed with off road and you running in front of my vehicle while I'm trying to cut you off and not hit you was just unfortunate. Had you gone down, I would've immediately taken you to pillbox as I would not have been trying to build a roleplay situation out of that.

Unfortunately you've ignored all my questions and want to focus on me hitting you, you've not even answered the liaise question which is not surprising to me as your members who are currently active within your gang have disclosed with other aztecas that your leader 'Kilo' is telling everyone within his gang to not only not liaise but to get as much 'dirt' on us as possible, in his own words I believe are 'he wants as many as us banned as he can get', which is unfortunate as I've been actively encouraging my gang to liaise and give you all a better understanding etc as you are a new group/ gang and I want to see you last, it is a shame your leader is giving you all this mentality.

weird diversion attempt but okay mate. this isn't the case and it looks like blatant rvdm to me so with that out of the way, hope this gets resolved.

Only reply if you have evidence to add either to the original report, or in your defence. Think - would what you're adding add any context to what happened? It's not what you know, it's what you can prove!

We're not interested in users bickering back and forth and trying to quiz one another. Leave this to staff please.

In this video its pretty difficult to see if the car does in fact swerve or slow down. The angle is not the best for that. So, when i first saw the video i was expecting him to bonnet you and then continue doing so or to use that to their advantage more than what happened here.

But from what i can see and from a reasonable POV. I would say, the video does not show if the car did or did not try to slow or swerve to not hit you. Because obviously thats no fun for anyone if people just get ran over and then it used against them. But after that happened you were on your feet, he made no attempt to hit you any more and it continued there in RP. Ultimately, him hitting you i do not believe changed the course of roleplay in this scenario considering there were 2 of you and about 10 (from what we see) aztecas. I think either way, in that scenario you were going with them.

So, no. I dont want to see people hitting people with a car and using that. If its something we see frequently then i wouldnt be as lenient as i am here. But from this scenario i really dont think it changed anything.
