Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was waiting at city hall for someone to come and buy a car from me, decided to take a car to customes then head back, after i get back to city hall, a guy drives into the back of me on his motorbike, now this may have been accidental i am unsure but when i get up i try to converse with him but get no response, he then decides to attack me so i taze him in defence, maybe i should have given him a warning but i thought it better to zap him to incapacitate him, i was also abit annoyed so i did try and hit him when down, after he guts up he breaks RP and starts to talk about being new to the city and admits he is Fail RP and dosent know how to play the game, i recomend to press F5 and have a read, he then attacks me again so this time i chase him with the tazer and finish him off to wich he then again breaks RP, unfortunatlly my video stops there but i spoke to him and was going to try and find out why he attacked me and maybe he should try talking first, he alerted the NHS and i called the police because he assualted me, after that he fully breaks RP and starts to talk about how he was just messing about to make a youtube video, when the police show up and walk over to him he then disconnects.

and incase anyone mentiones it i know i could have added more RP into it before just tazering him but i felt he wouldent have cared and kept attacking, wich was then backed up i feel by the im making a youtube video

i have ticked i tried to resolve as i had started to talk to him before the police showed up - the plan was have a chat and see where it went, maybe even offer to help him out show him about

@Stuart Hello sorry my mistake probablly because it was the 23rd when i made the report it would have been the 22nd wednesday night

So to kick this off, 

After repairing your vehicle you went to city hall to park it where 571 did run into you with the motorbike whilst browsing the car park there. 571 tried to hit the NPC then just runs around without talking, He then starts to hit yourself without saying anything and then you go to tase them with just saying 'Really', Given you have tried to talk to them about running you over with a bike this isn't much roleplay overall from your side either. After you tase them twice you try and hit them with a wrench a few times, Then some roleplay starts to happen from both sides. 

571 does indicate they are new to the server however in this they did also break character saying 'This would be fail RP', However they was trying to roleplay as a whole after working out how to talk. He then goes back to hit yourself to where you both fight and you down 571. They then threaten to report you and break character again. Now I've also looked through in relation to the combat log claim however from checking they didn't leave the server until later in the evening, Also no combat log is shown within the video provided so as such this claim will be dismissed. 

However with that being said both sides have broken some rules as a whole. One thing to keep in mind if one person breaks a rule it doesn't give you the right to do the same thing, This is why we have the report a player section and also teamspeak should players choose to talk out the issue and try and resolve it before coming to the forums. I would suggest in future for yourself Samuel that you do put in more roleplay before attacking other players, So please take this as a warning for yourself. The following punishments will be issued. Following the fair bans system and for the above reasons I will be issuing a 1 day ban on Jon Jones for the breaking the rule C1.14, G1.1 & G2.3.
