Please (in detail) describe the incident: So we were chilling at Auto Exotic before storm when the two guys in the clip provided attempt the door on a car that was locked we asked them why and they gave us attitude back, so he was then tazed as seen in the clip below and i then hit him once with Knuckle duster to which he gets up and throws a racial slur at me then runs off, i don't stand for stuff like this in the community and people seem to think its ok.
