Please (in detail) describe the incident: This is the second time today the same people RDM my earlier in the day thay VDM me also I didn't get the earlier sessions but I know it's the same people I feel like they saw my hair and targeted me the second time but this time I got the session ID

This is not what I'd consider RDM.
You had a warning punch and from their reaction didn't have the intention of downing you from this scenario.

You were downed due to your own actions of equipping your gun,
switching to a golf club and swinging at the two players.
