Please (in detail) describe the incident: I logged on as police and left the station, I saw 2 bulldozers doing weird things outside the station. When I was curious i walked on to the pavement outside MRPD to watch the situation unfold. At which point I was ran over and downed. I got no response to OOC request for a liaison. I was downed at exactly 00:19:39 in case I got the wrong ID.
