Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was heading to fish and was just randomly rammed off of the road by ID55 where he proceeded to start to hit me without any RP or even speaking after I pulled my weapon out I shot a bullet and he got into his car and proceeded to hit me with his car until I was dead after this he attempted to steal my Bike. During this whole situation ID55 did not fear for his life nor did he attempt to Roleplay with me to provide a decent situation.

For claims of RDM/RVDM we do need at least 3-5 minutes prior for the situation. Can you please provide us with that if you have a longer video ?

Since it's been around 4 days with no additional evidence being provided I'll go ahead and move forward with the report. 

Whilst yes in this clip it does seem random there isn't a real way to determine this without a longer video. As per our rules with RDM/RVDM claims for example we do require the additional 3-5 minutes at least prior to have a bit of a better understanding of what's happening. To play devils advocate in this case, There could of been roleplay prior to you being hit with the vehicle meaning there would be nothing random about this, However with short clips for claims like these it frames a different picture however without longer evidence for this case, I'll be going ahead and denying the report due to lack of evidence provided.
