Please (in detail) describe the incident: I took someone to the dam to get rid of them, I was in a tornado and managed to flip the car upside down which then took me 5 minutes to unflip; once I got rid of the body, I started making my way back to Lost MC compound when I was ran over by the persons friend. I believe his downed friend was streaming his screen on discord and found out my location, if he followed me, like he said he did, he wouldn't have gone to the other side of the dam where I ran off to, his friend would have told him which way I went ; he then proceeds to run me over.

Unfortunately, just a 2 minute clip alone is not enough evidence for me to potentially approve this report for metagaming.
I could be missing an awful lot of context that happened before the reported incident, if I could've seen a few minutes more prior then a decision could've been made much easier.

Due to this, I will be declining this report due to lack of evidence on this occasion.
