Please (in detail) describe the incident: During a traffic stop on LS freeway, myself and Marcus Thomson both stopped to speak to a person. Later on we escorted him down to auto exotic where his friend turned up in a taxi and asked about his mate who was in handcuffs.

Later on during the transport he was constantly speaking to someone OOC telling them to come and shoot us and kill us along with trolling.

After trying to communicate with him OOC where he didn't take any notice, I decided to create this report.

@Matthew TreedThank you for the report, I have reviewed the evidence you have provide and come to the conclusion that these two people are connected and are clearly meta gaming as this is hotmic'd in game. They both talk out of roleplay and are trying to use this and meta gaming to an advantage, I am satisfied that both are NOT here to roleplay and just wish to break the rules and ruin everyone else's roleplay.

Due to the above, I have decided to take the following action:
