Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on my way to the city hall to get a license as i pull up into the parking space and get out a car comes flying into me killing me someone puts me in the guys car and told him to take me to pillbox he then gets in turns around and drives straight into the bollards of a non working hospital shoting i need a medic killing himself in the process.

Ok, seeing as i did not get a reply i will take action what i see.
The video is not long enough to prove RVDM, it needs to be at least 3 minutes so we are sure there was no prior RP. However what i see in this case is a player driving straight into a wall on purpose, which goes against the G2.4 rule, since you should value your life and not throw it away just like that.
