Please (in detail) describe the incident: Individual selling guns on tweedle, was going to attempt to rob him per clip; he fail RPs, claims doesn't know how to drop items when he owns a tesla... - then continues to ignore any demands, fails to provide any sort of RP; his friend was lingering around who also failed to comply; towards the end of the clip you can see 538 either CL or respawn... - very likely a CL to save himself a standard - his friend claims he fell through the map which is very very unlikely whilst down.
