Please (in detail) describe the incident: The video explains it all really. The police accidently left my character with a full petrol can, and my character decided to begin to pour it throughout the cell. This characters entire story is revolved around hatred for the police and making their job harder.
I tried to bring 529 to teamspeak 3 or 4 times, and he did not reply once.
While it may be true that he wasn't aware, I'm making this report to allow us to have a conversation about the incident and so that I can make sure that he won't continue to make mistakes like this.
I will admit, my response to him cuffing me, after watching my footage back seems a bit like 'ruleplay' as I asked in a very confused and surprised tone, "how the fuck have you done that then". Honestly, completely my mistake, I was completely shocked when it happened as it is not something that I would expect from a whitelisted faction such as the police.

EDIT: During the entire situation, he does not talk once, until asking for an evidence bag from another officer. This roleplay is not what I think is up to standard for RPUK.
