Please (in detail) describe the incident: Driving through the city back towards the Ranger station in my Ranger Vehicle while following another two rangers in their vehicle. A taxi comes round a corner on the wrong side of the road driving in the same direction as me, jumps the grass median and goes straight into my truck pushing me away. stops says sorry and drives away didnt even try to RP it out or even give me a chance to say anything. i follow them to grab their ID number ( agreed my driving wasnt brilliant at this point but was for the sole purpose to grab their number.) and said taxi driver asks me for a repair kit. I reluctantly agree to give them one just for them to get back into their ruined taxi to go collect a NPC client.

I have reviewed the footage and passed it to a Level 4 Staff Member @Mike Wolfieand it has been discussed, we have come to the general consensus that this looks nothing more than an accident. Yes, he did not act injured but it is clear from your clip that he did not mean it with the 'Sorry' he shouted out of his taxi to you.
