Please (in detail) describe the incident: So a guy kicked my crippled friend and he told me I went to him and asked him about it and he said he did not do it. I kicked him back and punched him after that he punched the guy again. I shoot him once in the back goto my car I see him point a gun at me so I shoot him in the head. After that I pick him up put him in my car and drive some where safe. I try to get the gun off from him but he refuses to put the gun in my trunk so I take him to the sea and when I try to pick him up he has disconnected and left the server.

I don't know if its the same guy but I asked if ID 514 wants to solve it in discord and someone atleast just answered No. Dont know if its him or not.

So in the video its clear that this person you shot is breaking RP numerous times and then proceeds to combat log by the end. This is why you've made the report. However, in this same video you also break RP. At 3:30 you clearly say 'You know its against the rules' which is pretty blatant and at 4:20 you state 'You're gonna die and not remember anything', which is ever so slightly paraphrasing rules surrounding NLR. So my simple question is this: Why should I just punish this player when you have broken rules too? Perhaps I should ban you both as you both have clearly not read our rules.

This exact scenario relates to a larger problem found within the server. This "RP" interaction between the two of you was boring, bland and the amount of RP was abysmal. The only reason you took him in the first place was because you wanted his gun and because he didn't give it to you (which I would argue is okay because you shouldn't really be accessing trunks while downed) you wanted to throw him in the sea. How is that creating an 'engaging in any form of quality roleplay' which you NEED to do before shooting someone? 

To make things simple @Temakkio, I will give you choice. Either:

A. You drop the report and you both get formal warnings

B. You proceed with the report and are punished based on the evidence provided following the fair ban system

So pretty much if I tell someone that something is againts the city rules its breaking RP and if I tell someone that after they are dead they wont be remembering anything as he said himself he will remember everything and I told him you are gonna die and not remember it? But sure. I'll take the option B.
