What best describes this incident ?: Breaking character - Taking it OOC

Please (in detail) describe the incident: So we had a gentleman that was suspected of running me over earlier, the plate matched and the DSU sniffed him up.
He then called me delusional, and after a while it is very clear he is not speaking within character, as he said "this is a game".
I then informed him in LOOC that he should stop breaking character.
I then got "stfu" back, as seen in evidence.
Straight after this he called me "mr delusional" in LOOC again.

I did not try to solve this as I do not think it would make any good going in discord with him.

@BusmarGThank you for the report, I have now reviewed the evidence provided and it is clear to me that the player is not hear to RP or is not able to stay in character when he is in a difficult or losing situation. He then uses LOOC to speak to you in RP, which I find strange.

That been said, I have decided the following:

Rule: G2.3 & 2.7

Action: 1 day ban.
