What best describes this incident ?: 2 people not value their injuries

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I am a Vespucci Crown member and on the radio i got told that 2 people were wearing our colours and we wanted to talk to them but it didnt turn out the way we expected. They rammed one of our boys of his bike so we started shooting at them. We managed to incapacitated both so we took the chance to take them behind the hanger of LSIA, as you can see in the clip. We then started cutting their throats because they was getting too mouthy and it got out of control. In the clip you can see that I proceed to cut his throat but he still carries on talking. You can also see that my mate cuts the other guys throat twice but he still carries on talking.

Hello, sorry for the late reply but no i do not have a longer a clip of the whole situation but im pretty sure one of the other people that where there have a longer clip, i will try get one as soon as possible 

 
Due to the lack of evidence, also remember. What fun is it for the other side if you want to try to powergame someone to do something.

You are already at an advantage there, the people are down on the floor. Take the high road and leave them be. You won. Leave it at that and have fun with RP.
