Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and a friend where out on patrol around 21:00 on 21/06/2023 I attempted to pull ID "487" over, He then decided to take off and during the pursuit, he decided to fail drive by doing a stunt jump into the canals near MRPD. Upon locating him later near the entrance of one of the tunnels by his registration plate and his character being identical we then continued the pursuit. Later in the pursuit ID "487" then threw his character off a motorway near the airport not valuing his life at all as per G2.4. In the clips, I had to mute the audio at several points as private conversations happening around me where getting picked up. The evidence of his ID is in the video and in the screenshot below;

I attempted to resolve this in Discord but ID "487" didn't accept my request to the liaison, Evidence of OOC is shown below;
