What best describes this incident ?: Combat Logging
Please (in detail) describe the incident: During a situation with Cutlass, at 21:00 yesterday we had downed Cutlass members inside of the Arcade in clip [Combat Log #1] you can see an individual run from out the Arcade holding a baseball bat. As I attempt to initiate and ask who the individual is he Combat Logs.
We waited around for the individual and numerous times he wakes up and instantly logs when I attempt to approach him. As seen in [Combat Log #2]
In the end I waited around the corner he wakes up I managed to get his ID he starts running as he doesn't see anyone then as soon as I approach he Combat Logs again as seen in [Combat Log #3]
I asked in OOC if it was a Cutlass member to come to Discord, one Cutlass member came however he mentioned to me that the man in question was not one of there members.
