Please (in detail) describe the incident: PC Olivia grace on duty approaching traffic lights, when out of nowhere 483 drives very carelessly and is the reason for a traffic stop. 483 doesn’t talk stating he has no voice or money.
When I get him to the MRPS he decides to punch me, so I push panic and use force to restrain him, I down him and call for paramedics to come treat him, CID come down take blood from the floor to identify him as he failed to give details. I then move him into a cell while awaiting paramedics to attend and start reading him his custody rights to which then he combat logs and doesn’t return.

Hello there @Katelyn West
Ladies/Gentleman/Fellow lurkers. 

I hope we're doing well in this lovely day. 
I hope the weather is beautiful outside (not a heatwave like here) and we got our daily dose of Vitamin-D!

After reviewing all the footage, I am safe to rule out a few punishment(s) according to the rule breaks, I managed to figure a few things out! 
He is not a very talkative one, eh?  - Very smart move to get the CID to run the name via blood by the way, I approve! 
I guess he really did not want his medical attention, as that is when he poofs. 

Now this is where we have our little education session. 
I believe the rules he broke are as followed; 
(G2.1) Microphone - Microphones are required on RPUK servers.
(C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban.
(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM

After double checking just in case if he tried to log back on in any previous days, he has not. 
From what I can see no ticket was made as well.
